Always a good experience. Setting up my appointment with Prestige Heating and Air is easy, they respond very quickly, and they are are always on time for the appointment. I have been very happy with the work they do-- as both times I have needed them to come out to my house, they have been able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it I think their rates are more than fair, especially considering the level of quality they provide.

Joey and his team are awesome! They are the most honest and reliable HVAC company I've ever used. Prompt, quick to respond, and always happy to help. We've used Joey for years, and just had him replace both systems in our new house. They did the installation pretty quickly, and didn't leave a mess behind. We are life-long customers!!

The technician was on time, very respectful and took the time to review the job before and after with me. Very respectful of my home and covered his shoes to walk on my carpet. Look forward to having him back in the spring.

I can’t say enough positive things about Prestige. It’s always nerve racking cold calling a company when you have a repair need. But Joe came to my house within an hour and fixed the issue. He was personable, professional and super helpful. And, had very reasonable rates. Definitely my go-to person going forward

Joe has been a customer of mine for many years in my line of work and also I’ve been a customer of his as well. He has helped put bandaids on my well long over due for replacement heating and air system in my house for the past few years. Without ever being pushy at all, he always told me the unit was on borrowed time, and always fixed minor things here and there with no questions. This year, however, the unit finally met its maker. One phone call got one them out later that day to give me the obvious news, and a few days later, they came out and completely redid all the duct work in the attic and replaced all of the original, outdated equipment, added a second zone, all in one day. Very clean and solid install. I almost wish he pushed this issue a few years ago because I had no idea what I was missing until now!! We have nice even temps throughout the house, and doesn’t run nearly as much as the old setup. Highly recommend!! Again, thank you Joe and your team.

I can't recommend these guys enough. We live in a new build and were having trouble installing Nest thermostats. After a blown fuse and days of troubleshooting on our own, we decided to hire a professional. Turns out the builder didn't setup our HVAC settings correctly, so chances are we would never have been able to install on our own. Prestige came out quickly and had our AC going in no time. Also very reasonably priced. Truly appreciate their help.

We had such a wonderful experience with Joe and prestige heating and air. We cannot say enough about how efficient and reliable he has been. We dealt with many other HVAC companies before that were up-selling and lying to us- and we were so grateful to be referred to Prestige. Honest and professional. We couldn’t have asked for better service. They replaced both of our coils in both AC units. We will use them forever and continue to refer them to everyone we know.
