Their efforts have been lead by Jeff Shue with his creative design improvements and attention to detail. One unit required extensive rework of the original duct routing in very tight, attic conditions. They arrived on-time, did a very professional job and left not a trace of any trash or debris on the premise once the job was complete.

I recently had a new Carrier Infinity heat pump (25VNA4) installed by Allied Aire along with all new ductwork in January of 2023. Tony and Victor did a wonderful job on the installation and Jeff was a pleasure to work with from getting the initial estimate to following up after the installation was complete. Jennifer and Kim at the office were also super friendly and helpful. Many HVAC companies still are not up-to-date on modern heat pump technology (inverter driven, variable speed units) and will try to steer customers towards gas furnaces paired with air conditioners. I deeply appreciated that was not the case with Allied Aire - when I talked with Jeff and said I wanted to go with the highest efficiency heat pump that Carrier offers, I really appreciated that he listened to me carefully and thoughtfully and put together an estimate of exactly what I wanted.

I would highly recommend Allied Aire, especially for anybody interested in high efficiency heat pumps! Great service and fair pricing!

Our technician was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, clean, and professional. Michael Peterson was a great technician who not only repaired and serviced the equipment but educated us on trouble shooting. He used his time wisely and was respectful of our schedule. Great worker!!

Failed to get permits on 3 Complete HVAC furnace and condenser Carrier systems owner will not respond to get this done for a final inspection. Also improper installation so now working with Mecklenburg County Inspector directly.

Our experience with Allied Air has been 5 star from beginning to end. We had 2 A/C units and 2 furnaces replaced this summer, just in time before that heatwave hit the Charlotte area and I can not be happier with the results. They were very professional and courteous from beginning to the end of the process. This was very much appreciated as my wife and I were working from home through the installation. They made ever effort to ensure that we were not inconvenienced with all the work going on in and around the home. We did shop around for this major appliance purchase and Allied had the best value by far and their financing terms were the best around. Would recommend to anyone who gets sticker shock from some of the other companies in the area. They should be your first call!!

While owning our home, we have had to install two different HVAC systems (one on the first floor and one on the second). In both situations, Allied has provided excellent customer service and ensured that our products were working effectively. They are always very friendly, accessible and able to install our systems quickly. Jeff the manager has been a pleasure to work with and the technicians Tony and Victor have equally been amazing.

New Furnace installed last week by Allied Aire crew Tony and Victor. Couldn't be happier with their work, professional and courteous. Much appreciated!
Working with Allied Aire has been easy and was my first call when the old furnace starting giving up the game. Chilly nights make you want to get something in ASAP! After a check up by Steve and recommendations we chose to go with a new unit rather than bandage up the old one. Jeff was here the next day to get a quote together and within a week we are nice and warm again!

We had our AC unit and attic radiator replaced and couldn't be HAPPIER!
From the initial assessment with BJ who confirmed what we suspected and gave us options from patch up to replace. I appreciated him taking his time to explain the issues and options and we decided to go with the new unit rather than trying to band aid up a failing system.
The day of install went smoothly from the crew showing up on time to keeping me informed of what they where doing. They explained the new unit and thermostat operations. Clean up and done in about 4 hours as planned. From beginning to end we were so happy we went with Allied Air! Thanks again to the team there for such a great job!!
