Just finished up complete new HVAC system from Allied Aire. Jeff and his crew, Victor and Tony, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time each day and were very thorough in the installation of the units. They explained how the new system worked and made sure I had all my questions answered before they left. I would highly recommend Allied Aire to anyone needing HVAC service or installation work preformed.

We’ve been using Allied Aire for about 5 years for basic maintenance and the time finally came to have the unit replaced. BJ came out and went over a few options and did a great job of explaining the features and benefits of each unit. He was very professional and not pushy which was greatly appreciated. Installation was set up within a couple days and today the install was completed by BJ and Tony. They arrived on time, actually a few minutes early, and got the old unit removed and new one installed quickly and efficiently. BJ showed us how to use the new thermostat and how to navigate the mobile app associated with it. Overall experience couldn’t have been any better and we highly recommend their services. Earlier this month our 17 year old AC unit was failing and Allied Air technicians responded promptly, the same day, to make the necessary repairs to keep the unit functioning during this warm early days of June 2022. We subsequently ordered a replacement Carrier unit from Allied Aire. Victor Salon and Cody O'Neal spent the day on this new unit and thermostat installation -- they were both responsive, polite and hard working on this very hot summer day! The company president, Jeff Shue, joined the team late in the day to provide us an estimate on replacing our second, upstairs air conditioner that is likely to need replacement in the coming months. I would strongly recommend the Allied Aire team for any residential HVAC needs you might have in the greater Charlotte metro area.

I met with Jeff several months ago regarding replacing my heating and a/c units. Jeff was very thorough and presented me with several options for replacing my units. The last two days Tony and Victor have been replacing the units. They are very professional and have explained how to use the new thermostats.Allied notified me each day when Tony and Victor were on their way. I had Allied Air install a new A/C and Ductwork in the attic of my house. Jeff, the owner of the company came out to my house to give me the estimate on everything. He was very informative and had great answers to all my questions. After giving the go-ahead, Jeff came out for the initial installation, along with Tony and Victor who came out to do the removal and install of the A/C system and Ductwork. Jeff had to leave for work and left Tony and Victor here to finish the work. I left these gentlemen unsupervised, Tony and Victor were amazing!! Very Trusting and well mannered individuals. Everyday before they left, they did a excellent job cleaning. It looked liked they were never even there. When the job was done, Victor did a excellent job explaining everything to me. The area was very clean from were they had been working. If I every need any other work done to my house for Hvac I will be calling Jeff and Allied Air .

Tony and Victor came to install a new HVAC at our house today. They were very prompt, and experienced with the work. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The price paid was economical too given the times we are in. We have used Allied Aire for all our our HVAC needs and I would definitely recommend Allied Aire for customers looking for a reliable and quality business.

We quoted several HVAC contractors to replace our two 21 year old heating and cooling systems and are very pleased with our pick to use Allied Aire. Jeff (the owner) provided the quote, coordinated the project and also stopped by the first morning of each systems replacement to help the install team (Tony and Victor) with removal. Jeff has been very responsive to all my questions along with his wife Jennifer who runs the front office. We asked for all the original fiberboard ductwork trunk lines to be replaced. The final layout/configurations are much better than the original system layout. Tony and Victors workmanship was great. We do not have access to natural gas so propane is our heating source. We decided to step up to the Infinity series for both systems which includes a five (5) stage heat pump, a propane furnace with variable speed blower, 2 stage propane gas valve, a humidifier mounted on the discharge plenum and thermostat. We are very pleased so far with the system performance. It was very easy to program the thermostats, register the units online and install the app for controlling the systems remotely from our cell phones. We also signed up for their annual service program. We would definitely recommend Allied Aire for your HVAC needs.
