Met Phillip, he’s professional and knowledgeable. For some reason I can’t get a return phone call from his business or quote on the repair I need done, have left multiple messages and no response! I am a business owner myself and felt good about using aircrafters, but I guess it’s not in the cards for me

Phil was timely and thorough when providing us an estimate, which was ultimately lower than several other AC contractors. His team completed the job in less than 2 days within a week from his first visit. He also did a post-install inspection to make sure everything worked properly. Phillip provides outstanding customer service. He answered our call immediately and saved us during the start of the hot summer months. HIGHLY recommend Air Crafters Heating & Cooling. We came back from a weekend trip to our home at 90 degrees and the HVAC unit not working. We were extremely concerned about the health of our fish and so we filed a service request with our warranty company. After 2 days of not hearing anything from them, I contacted Air Crafters and was greeted by Melissa who was extremely sympathetic to our situation. She got ahold of Philip who was able to come right out to our home and fixed our unit. Never once did he try to upsell us on anything and made sure we understood that replacing the fans may or may not solve the problem, but needed to be replaced to diagnose any further issues. Thankfully, there weren't any other issues and our home is finally at a comfortable 72 degrees!! I will always go to them for any issues with our AC or heating. Thank you Philip & Melissa!!
