From my initial meeting with Jeffery Shue, I received an in-depth review and evaluation of my existing system and a thorough explanation of four different replacement systems at different price points. Once I decided, the system arrived within one week and Tony Avila and Victor Salom completed the installation within three days. They were professional, friendly, thorough, and provided me with a good working knowledge of my new system and thermostat as well as several suggestions to better insulate my crawlspace. I am completely satisfied with my purchase at this time and look forward to a long and effective system. I was also pleased with the pricing incentives available to me which provided significant reductions in cost. My last Carrier system lasted 24 years. I can only hope this one is similar!

I called Allied Aire for maintenance on my HVAC system after my AC stopped working. Jeff and Mike really looked out for us, and did amazing work to get us on track to getting a new system that fits my budget. They both were so kind and took the time to explain everything, as I knew nothing about HVAC systems. They both are always on time, professional, and informative. Robbie in the office is always in contact, and is always there when I have a question. I feel very well taken care of by this company. I am happy to have their yearly maintenance plan as well.

When we needed to replace one of our AC units they gave us a thorough list of the options and answered all our questions where we could choose the best unit for a reasonable price. Allied Aire Inc recently installed an air conditioner, furnace, and all duct work in the second floor of my house two years ago. I was so impressed with their work that I used Allied Air to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system in the first floor of my house today 3/4/2021. Once again I found Allied Aire to be one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. Their communication with the customer is exceptional. They kept all appointments on time, answered all my questions, but most importantly the crew; Tony Avila, BJ Miller, Mitch Taylor and Mike Peterson 0were professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend these men and Allied Aire to anyone.

Allied Aire was one of 3 companies that we looked at when choosing to replace one of our 21 year old AC units. I thought Jeff was incredibly thorough when looking at our system asking the right questions, and deciding what size unit we would need, rather than just assuming the one that was initially installed was the right size. In about a week, his installation crew was at work. They were all very friendly and professional. Had some great suggestions on what to do and upkeep our other systems to ensure we maximize the life on them. Two weeks in, and we are happy with the install and everything is working perfectly. We are enjoying our new Carrier AC system.

I chose Allied Aire because I was looking for a local company with good reviews and it was the right choice. My thermostat had stopped working and I thought it was a electrical issue but the technician was quickly able to diagnose that the condensation pump had quit working and needed to be replaced. He showed me pictures on his phone that he had taken of the pump when he was in the crawl space and explained how it worked. He had us fixed up and back in service quickly and I thought the price was fair for his expertise and labor.

Just a great overall experience! We replaced our downstairs AC and furnace. Allied provided competitive pricing, quality components, and excellent service! AVOID & DO NOT RECOMMEND - simply asked for install quote of 2 new HVAC units, was willing to provide all details and pictures of existing units, and company NOT even willing to provide quote without coming to my house. Sure, Allied will say some total nonsense of not knowing this or that install — which is RIDICULOUS — as I am giving them details to gnat level degree of reusing existing lineset, drains, thermostats, ductwork, putting new ones in same easy accessible location, etc etc etc.
