Jeff came out to go over the issues and options with me and explained everything very thoroughly. Victor & Tony completed the install and were very professional, on time and courteous. BJ has assisted when I call the office with questions and been very helpful. Overall good experience and would use again.

Allied Aire was very helpful and quick to get me up and running again after my old furnace stopped running, in the middle of December. Tony, Mike and Victor helped with installing the new equipment and everything was handled professionally and promptly.

Choose Allied Aire based on a recommendation from a friend. Also they are certified Carrier Dealers. Had two complete HVAC systems replaced including all ducts. We are very pleased with the products, the performance as well as the installation. The owner and staff were very accommodating and above all, honest. I would highly recommend them.

Allied Aire replaced our original "aging" HVAC unit with a new High Efficiency Carrier unit. The system was custom designed to fit in a very limited space in our attic by Jeff, the company founder. Installation took 3 days...the installers (Tony & Mitch) were punctual, friendly, and professional. The office personnell (Jennifer & Robby) were great about notifying us when to expect the technicians to arrive. In addition, Allied Aire provides a bi-annual service check-up to make sure that our HVAC system is operating properly. The technicians (Mike & BJ) are always prompt and professional. We highly recommend Allied Aire, Inc for any HVAC needs that you may have.

Our upstairs AC broke down right before a heat wave. We received quotes from 3 local vendors and selected Allied Aire. The President, Jeff Shue, came out and went though the whole system. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and his knowledge of the systems. He gave us a comparative quote for options that seemed to be the best value among the three vendors. In the interim, Jeff came out and recharged our old system with a little Freon to hold us over. Jennifer in the office was great. She kept in constant contact. When all the components were ready Tony and Mitch spent the day in our 136 degree attic installing the new units and Jeff came to help. They set up the new Smart thermostat and the temperature went from 86 to 70 that night. It was wonderful. Thank you Allied Aire for an amazing job. We liked being a big customer for a small professional firm vs. the alternative. We’ll be back when or if our second original Carrier unit goes.

Allied Aire replaced our heating and air system. Tim spent a considerable amount of time looking at our old system and then explaining options for us to consider. Tim and his team were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided high quality work at competitive prices. We have been using Allied Aire for the last few years.We just had our spring maintenance done and BJ realized one of our units was not working! He was able to quickly diagnose it correctly and get the part ordered and installed in a few days. BJ is very knowledgeable...and was great about taking the time to explain everything in detail to us! We will continue to work with them!

I have been Allied customer for years. They are honest and knowledgeable. This year I needed a new HVAC system. Jeff was great explaining the process and giving me detailed info on different systems. He was knowledgeable and was very patient with all my questions. Lacy from office kept me up to date with arrival times and such. When units were installed Tony and Mitch were on time, and worked diligently to complete job in timely manner. They followed Covid guidelines, wearing mask and gloves and shoe covers. They cleaned up everything before they left and Tony helped me set up new smart thermostats. Excellent experience. Thanks everyone
