Prestige Heating & Air is amazing. Joe the owner was Heaven sent. I was having a tough week as we are in the process of moving and he was a joy to work with. Great pricing, but more importantly excellent customer service. I used a Charlotte big box large HVAC company in the past who was always trying to up sell a bunch of unnecessary add ons and was way over priced. It was nice to finally deal with someone ethical like Joe. If your in the Lake Norman area or any area Prestige Heating & Air services in the Charlotte area, there is no need to look any further.

Joe came on time, check out my two units and also taught my son some tips on HVAC because he is a student in the program. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furnace.. Will definitely call when needed again...

Update 6/10/19: There was a big misunderstanding. Joe came out today, took care of the issue and killed me with kindness. He went above and beyond to make things right.

Paid almost 10k for a basement system. 2 of the vents don't blow any air. Asked Joe several times to please come out and fix them. He kept telling me he was coming over, but never did. Got tired of asking. Found way to fix it myself. Also had to remount one of the vents because it was not properly bolted into the wall. It was about a quarter inch apart from the wall.

They are highly professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. They go the extra mile answering questions and giving valuable advice.

Joey came and helped take a look at the AC unit. He was on time, very professional, used boot covers while inside, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I was very happy to have such quick and courteous work done.

The Blower motor stopped working, they got the motor replace and got my AC up and running. Enjoying the cool air!! Thank You

Joe Marmol with Prestige Heating & Air has been my A/C technician for over two years. My company manages dozens of rentals properties throughout the Charlotte area and Joe has worked on most all of them. He has also worked on my personal home. The A/C business is full of unethical folks trying to make a quick buck - but I can promise you that Joe is not one of them. He has built his business honestly, by treating people fairly and knowing that by doing so, he will gain loyal customers for life.

Incredible service......discussed options for older AC unit (not pushing total replacement) made the repair and works like a champ. Will definitely consider Prestige for replacing two of my three units.
