We just had Cool Change replace our HVAC unit. They came out the next morning after our problem. Once we ordered the new unit, it was installed the next day. The technicians Simo, Randy, and Miles were all outstanding. Chelsea was more than outstanding in getting us a unit installed as quickly as possible. JD, Chelsea and Nikki were very professional in all of our dealings. It was very hot outside and Cool Change brought us a portable a/c unit for our downstairs while we awaited the new HVAC unit, which was a Godsend! The team worked so hard in very hot temperatures and were so professional and friendly. I will use Cool Change for all of our needs and highly recommend this company!

Recently had Cool Change out for an AC Issue. Been with Cool Change for 7 years now, always professional. From the office customer service rep Gina to the techs Miles and Santos my experience was a good one as always from start to finish. I am very impressed with the services provided by Cool Change. JD's estimate to replace our 25 year old air handler + heat pump and replace the ductwork beat the other 4 estimates I had received. I was thrilled he honored that estimate when we finally decided to take the plunge and buy the new system months later. Chelsea ensured we had a smooth process from there forward scheduling and updating us with (accurate) team arrival times. I couldn't have asked for a better tech with Randy. He kept me appraised of what was happening over the two day installation and answered all questions. My dog Zoe loved him. I was a little suspicious due to the perfect ratings Cool Change has, but they're well deserved. Thanks guys!

Thank you Cool Change team for an incredibly fast response to replace my leaking water heater early on a Sunday morning!! I can’t thank you enough. When I heard an alarm in my attic and found my water heater leaking I had that panicked feeling. Receiving an immediate reply from JD after calling cool change was a huge relief! The very professional team replaced my water heater within a few hours saving a potential water disaster. Last year cool change replaced my Heating/AC unit and I was extremely satisfied with the great job they did. I knew immediately to call them for my water heater replacement. JD and his team have been servicing my HVAC for years and when it was finally time to replace the older system, they did a great job upgrading and installing the new unit. They came out in a timely manner and the service technicians were very professional and friendly.

Wow!! Just had a new HVAC system installed by Cool Change and I will never use anyone else again. Randy and Paul were the technicians who installed the unit and they were fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Chelsea in the office helped me arrange financing which was simple and more affordable than I would have imagined.
JD, the owner was very hands on during the entire process. He came out for an initial consultation and thoroughly explained all options. After the work was complete he came out to inspect the outstanding work of his technicians and answered all of my final questions.

Nick C was very honest and professional. He quickly discovered that my air filters were were dirty. Once they were replaced..he tested everything and only charged for the service call. He didn't try and sell me a new unit, or any other sales pitch. He was honest, friendly and professional. I will use Cool Change for my HVAC repairs forever! 5 stars!

We called Cool Change after our old unit started leaking carbon monoxide into the house. JD, the owner, was out to our house within 2 hours and we set a day to install a new unit. Randy and Paul did a great job installing it and answered all my questions regarding the install. Both were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and would use them for future service needs.

Looked at several other companies but circled back to Cool Change for two new A/C and gas furnace systems. We had used another large company for years before they were bought out, then shortly after tried to turn a service call into a sale. Fired them and found Cool Change who was as interested as I was in keeping my elderly (installed in 2001) systems running well on a twice-a-year maintenance service. When I decided it was time to replace, Cool Change's proposal for new systems was most competitively priced. I had lots of specific questions which were happily answered so I felt I was well informed about what would be an optimal combination for our space before I purchased. Installation was prompt and neatly performed by a very competent team of three working up and down a pull-down attic staircase to the 3rd floor. Quite amazing actually. Our new, more efficient equipment works much better than my old systems but JD, the owner, nevertheless sends out quality control people to make absolutely sure everything is what it should be.

Experienced, informative, anxious to please, price competitive, responsive to questions and technically competent -- what else do you need? Call whoever you want for a quote but be sure to include Cool Change in your survey. Highly Recommended!

Our air went out the night our first grandchild was born. The next morning, I called several vendors who had done work in our neighborhood. Cool Change was highly recommended and very responsive. Provided a quote same day and explained that due to extremely hot weather and Covid related logistics complications in the manufacturer’s supply chain, timing of installation would be uncertain.
Throughout the multi-day process, Chelsea at CG kept me informed and worked very hard to find all the related components so that the quoted deadline could be met. My professional background is in an industry that demands only the highest quality service - Chelsea did as good a job as I’ve ever seen.
The installers - Randy and Miles - were excellent. Very professional, explained everything that was happening and did a terrific job.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Cool Change. They go above and beyond.
