JD and Jason are awesome and super honest people. I had a problem with my air conditioner last summer and JD sent someone the same day. Unfortunately the problem was misdiagnosed the first time. Jason came back on a weekend (Sunday), quickly identified the problem (broken main switch that looks like a light switch in the attic), fixed it. Here is the best thing - they did not charge me for the visit because they misdiagnosed it the first time. It's hard to find honest people and businesses like Cool Change these days. Thanks Guys!!

JD at Cool Change is my go-to guy. He has been servicing my home units and rental properties for three years. Conscientious and personally committed to quality care, I've had no reason to look elsewhere for my heating and air needs. With all my units on annual contracts at Cool Change, I have no worries.

JD did a very quick and efficient work on our AC Unit. I called several places and none of them seem to understand how urgent this was to us. JD gave it to us straight and told us that he will do everything he could to get to us today. And he sure did!

He had the part in hand and got us up and running in 15 minutes! Great guy to work with and will definitely become our maintenance guy the next time our unit needs a check up.

Great service and great people to work with. I called to get some help installing a smart thermostat and have the annual tune up done. They were able to come quickly and JD was very helpful with trying to get this thermostat installed. Will definitely use them again in the future.

On June 8th at approximately 3a in the morning my water heater started leaking so i called cool change and as soon as he heard about it he came out immediately to help stop the leak. I was so grateful because my warranty did not send anyone until 2pm. Because cool change came so fast the leak was stopped. I am really grateful for his fast actions. i would recommend him even if its not an emergency

JD did a great job diagnosing the source of the refrigerant leak in my AC system and quickly repaired the unit. He came out in the evening so we wouldn't have to suffer through another night. I will definitely use Cool Change Heating and Air for any future cooling or heating issues.

Our a/c went out overnight. I called first thing in the morning & JD was able to come out the same morning. He had a great sense of urgency upon seeing we have a newborn baby in the house. Great customer service! We will definitely use Cool Change again.

My a/c and heating unit had completely quit working. I searched the internet and found Cool Change which is a local company and that is what I wanted. I read the reviews and they were all great. I called and someone was out within the hour, diagnosed the problem quickly and within 30 minutes my unit was back working. The repair bill was way cheaper than I anticipated. Incredible, incredible experience! I placed an online request after 2pm, not thinking same day service would even be an option. JD called me within 30 minutes of submitting it and was at my door 20 minutes after we hung up! He completed his assessment and explained to me everything it would take to get my AC running (as we stood in 90+ degree heat) and suggestions on maintaining so that I get more out of my unit. I appreciate a business that is open and honest, never trying to upsell! THIS is the company you need to call for any Heating/Air concerns! Thank you, JD!!

My AC quit on a Friday. I got a ridiculous quote from one company to fix it, and they couldn't do it until Monday. They just wanted to sell me a whole new unit. I called Cool Change late Friday, and JD tried to get my part that night, but couldn't get the Carrier store on the line. He did get it Saturday, and his crew had me back in a cool house before the day got hot, with substantial savings over the other guys. In a fair world, Cool Change should be the first result on a google search for heating and cooling in Raleigh. I'd recommend this business to anyone.
