Another great experience! It starts with a pleasant phone call where a service tech is scheduled and I'm kept up to date with arrival time. Jonathan arrived earlier than expected, promptly diagnosed, explained and resolved the problem. If you need AC Service, this is the company to call, their service and quality is the best.

All American Heating and Air installed my Trane systems 6 years ago and they are going strong thanks to the regular maintenance from their awesome technicians. Big thanks to DJ who was professional, polite, thorough, and an absolute expert in his profession.

Have been calling All American for close to 10 years and they've been amazing to work with. I once had an HVAC issue and the company we called said that we needed a brand new unit. Then called All American for a second opinion and they said, "No, you don't need a new unit. We can fix it for you." Always a great experience.

We've used All American for the past three years to manage our HVAC and split systems. I can't speak highly enough of everyone we've worked with over that time. From my experience this is a universally professional, ethical, efficient and effective company and I'm so glad I found them. A shout out to Mark Anthony who went above and beyond recently to help us solve a problem completely separate from the issue he was there to solve (which he also fixed!). We have been very disappointed with All American, which is a shame because we picked them based on their great reviews and fair pricing. They recently installed a brand new split system heat pump and it broke within 3 weeks of them installing it - leaving us without AC for several days in the middle of the summer. They came to fix it and shortly after it stopped working and then AGAIN for a third time which was unbelievable. It was an extremely frustrating process and we shouldn't have had to deal with a brand new AC system breaking at all! Even the technician that worked for All American told us they had a new installation crew that must have cut corners when they were installing our system. All of the technicians we have worked with have been very apologetic, friendly and attentive throughout the process so I don't blame anything on them - I believe the issues began with the installation crew. We even had a technician come at 10 pm at night which was very nice.

Our system also failed city inspection because the wrong wire was installed to the air handler. An inspector came out today to check and see if it was fixed (because All American scheduled the inspection) - and it was a big waste of time because All American hadn't fixed the issue but had records saying they did. Now we have to yet again wait on All American to fix the wiring and for another inspector to come out and check it. Too many mistakes have happened, so I felt the need to write this review to inform others. Hopefully they get these issues sorted out.
