So this was a trip. Streamlined came out spent a solid hour evaluating my system and attempts to fix it. They identified two problems, one with the pressure tank and one with the well pump. Terrible news, but Brandon walked me through the options. I picked the one that made the most sense and holymoly same day service. Moreover, the first pump they dropped was a dud. These beasts pulled it back up, went to the warehouse got another and came back to fix it. They didn't get to leave until 1015, but they were still explaining the changes and even made a cosmetic change I requested. They seek 5 star outcomes at reasonable prices. Will use again.

Our AC had been out for multiple days, and after trying all known easy fixes, I started looking for an HVAC repair service. less than 24 hours later, I can feel the cool air blowing as I type. Josh was super nice and very knowledgeable. He had the AC fixed in an hour and had no problems answering our questions. Loved that I could schedule my appointment on their website, not wait on hold. I can’t stress enough how nice it is that they provide updates about when they’re coming, allowing me to go about my day as usual.

Streamline was quick to respond. John called Monday morning at 7:30 AM to let me know he’d be here at 8 AM. He was respectful, professional, and quick. John showed me pictures that he had taken of my AC unit and explained what was wrong, and what needed to be replaced. When he was finished, he stayed around to make sure it was working and cooling off the house, using a pool at the register to check the air temperature. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did work on AC and heating units, they also do plumbing and electric. And they had a very reasonable and maintenance plan. I signed up that day, and the discounts applied immediately. I will be reaching out to them in the near for plumbing, work and electrical work. I sure hope John can come and do the job.

I had a gas leak on my water heater. Will Stuart gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've had so far. As a new homeowner, I've had quite a few new experiences recently but this one was probably the biggest. Will heard out all my questions, took the time to explain how he would fix it and gave me upfront pricing options before ever performing any work. I will be using this company for any future work that I have and I reccomend this company heavily to any new homeowners in the area!

We discovered a significant leak in our crawl space on (of course!) Sunday morning of a holiday weekend. We reached out to Streamline, and they immediately scheduled us with their technician Patrick. He solved and fixed the issue, explained everything in detail, even sending us pictures of the finished repair. He could not have been nicer and more professional. This was our first experience with Streamline, and we will definitely be returning for any and all plumbing needs! Lots of places claim to be available 24/7 - Streamline really is!

Tech Gabriel was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the repair and inpection results in detail. Prices are not cheap but are very reasonable. The maintenance plan is a great option and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company

PLEASE SHOP AROUND before you pay their prices. I called Streamline Services because my A/C went out. They were able to come out the same day I called which was great. The guys that diagnosed the issue were professional and correctly identified the issue. My zone control panel was bad and I needed a transformer. They wanted $1700 to fix this. This could be accomplished the same afternoon they came. They could not give me a breakdown of parts and labor. I looked up the cost and found the exact model of the control panel I have for $200, and a transformer for $25. So they wanted over $1400 for probably 2-3 hrs of labor/operating expenses. I know it costs money to run a business, but this seems like price gouging. I called someone else and they bypassed the control panel because I don't have dampers that make it useful and they got my A/C working for $200. The same guy who fixed my A/C said he would have charged $500-600 had I needed him to install the transformer and replace the control panel. This is in-line with estimates I have found online. It frustrates me knowing that Streamline could have done the same quick fix, but didn't even give me that option and instead was willing to let me continue to go without A/C instead of pay their outrageous premium.

Will did a great job and came in a timely manner. He tried small solutions before telling me we needed a new water heater, it was 18 years so it was time. Not how I wanted to spend my Sunday but he definitely made things easier. Highly recommend!

Absolute recommend. My tech was Joseph M. and his partner was great. They explained the process of the service and was very thorough. In addition, they provided different options of preventative maintenance for extending the life of my tankless. At no time was it a sales pitch, which was definitely nice and felt genuine. Streamline has a great asset in Joseph and would try out all their other services because of this experience. Again, highly recommend.

Jaden, has been on our technical team servicing our home for the past year shortly after we closed on the home. He knows our system, he installed it. He is an outstanding resource. Glad to have our guy hanging in with us and taking care of our home.

Steven was outstanding. Came by to finish up a project we recently started. And was able to give me great feedback on some effective points for upcoming projects we will be taking on as we expand our home.

Tristan was able to sure up our safety measures on our electrical and get me prepped for next phase of the garage/shop space.
