I have been on a maintenance program with All American Heating and Air for a dual heating and air system for the last 4.5 yrs. Prior owner had previously used. I have been extremely pleased with this company. The technicians are always on time and the company is always responsive regardless of the issue and they get it done. The scheduling/billing staff is exceptionally responsive and polite. They aren’t trying to sell you equipment you don’t need like some hvac vendors. This past week when a 3-foot copperhead was found wrapped all inside a Trane heat pump making it unrepairable, they arrived first thing the next morning to install a new one. Impressive performance. I have a home warranty program with another company and even when items would be covered, All American is the only company I trust to diagnose and fix an issue. I highly recommend them. Mitchell W.

The owner of All American Chris installed my upstairs HVAC system 16 years ago (2005). He did a great job and was VERY clean. This time I went straight to them again without getting a second quote. This time Melvin came did the same great job and the post install cleaning was just as I remember as Chris did it 16 years ago. I call that solid business consistency and integrity. The install guys are all professional, experienced and courteous. I anticipate my downstairs HVAC will need replacement in a couple of years. Guess whom I’m gonna call again ? No, not the ghost busters.

I have had a bad time with the management staff for All American Heating and Air. When my hvac stopped blowing cold air about a year ago I hired them to fix the problem off of a recommendation from a family friend. The first tech that came out performed “maintenance” to my hvac system, which from what I could tell meant he cleaned it out, changed the filter, etc. He then said the reason my A/C stopped working was due to lack of regular maintenance and it would happen again if I didn’t keep the system maintained better. So he tried to sell me a maintenance plan and I agreed because I didn’t want to be out of cold air in the NC summer again. I couldn’t fully understand him due to a language barrier and ended up paying over twice what I thought this maintenance plan was going to cost. After maybe two days of working again my A/C stopped cooling again. They tried to send the same tech out, who spent over two hours cleaning my machine the last time for nothing, and I wouldn’t have it. They sent a different tech and in maybe half an hour he had diagnosed and fixed my hvac and this time it stayed fixed. So I’m on this service plan now and guess who they send out for ALL of my maintenance appointments: tech #1 who continues to be a problem as far as knowledge of his job. So this last time I asked the woman scheduling my appointment if I could request a tech and tried to get the guy who knew what he was doing to come out for my appointment. She said he didn’t work for them anymore and said she’d send “Mark” out. This wasn’t the bad techs name so I agreed. GUESS WHO SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE THIS MORNING. I am so angry with this company. It’s so frustrating to not be listened to. I paid them way too much money for them to ignore me this whole year of my maintenance contract. I won’t be renewing and I don’t recommend them at all. I gave two stars because the tech I had a problem with is a lovely person, he just needs more training or something. I couldn’t trust his work after he failed me multiple times. All American you need to do better.

We have had a wonderful experience with All American Heating and Air. We initially contacted them over the summer to fix our AC, and were so pleased with the prompt, friendly, honest service we received that we signed a maintenance contract with them. They recently came to fix our furnace, and we received outstanding service once again. Our technician, Librado Vega, was prompt, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience. He made time in his schedule to come back to finish the job even though it was later in the evening. We will be recommending this company to our friends!

On Monday June 6 we returned home to find that our AC was not working. Johnathan came out that evening checked out the system on found that the thermostat and a board needed to be replaced. The next day Jonathan returned to install these items. The system was running perfectly when he left. We are very appreciative of the work he did and the late hour he stayed to get the AC fixed.. We also want to thank DJ for coming out on Thursday night because he came out to fix another problem. All American Heating & Air. has bent over backwards to service our needs to our satisfaction. We were referred to All American Heating & Air for a second opinion. They are a number one company. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our system. Lobrado, Natalie and Nina have been very helpful and easy to work with. Travis our service technician went the extra mile to make sure we know exactly how our system works. Travis is courteous, professional and has a lot of knowledge on the Trane heat pump. He restored our system back to the system specifications. My husband and I have now become part of the All American family. They are an A+ company and we recommend them to everyone. Leah
