If and when we have had a question or needed immediate service, they have responded immediately. Recently our experience with DJ ,Technician, was fantastic! He was most through in his scheduled Maintenance visit. He explained in great detail each task he performed and made a few suggestions which would enhance the operation of our systems. DJ clearly wishes for the best HVAC for his customers.

I received a call from reception in advance of my Tech showing up to give me a heads up on the time they would be arriving. She was very pleasant and helped me with some questions. We have been a customer of All-American for over 10+ years. Always received prompt and efficient service. Our most recent service was for a maintenance check on our 2 A/C units and furnace. DJ our service tech was very prompt, explained everything he was going to do and pointed out a couple of items that should be replaced. We were very pleased with the service and the full explanation of what was done and the detailed invoice explaining all the checks preformed on our systems. We would highly recommend All-American.

Excellent service. Had an issue with no heat. Called in to schedule a service call. Office said they could have someone there between 10-1 and about 10AM, Jonathan was there. Called to let us know he was on his way. Turned out out was a motor/blower. He did not have the part on his truck. Located the part and said he would pick it up and after his other calls would be back to fix it before the end of the day. Around 5PM he returned and replaced part and we were back in business. Jonathan was very professional. Excellent service and All American is very responsive.

The technician was right on time. He was very efficient and checked out my system in and outside. I'm very pleased with this company. Although he found no problems I'm hoping that should issues develop later that the service is as good as this time.
