All American Heating & Air Conditioning

We've been using All American for over 10 years now. Their service is always professional and their prices are fair. Our AC went out, of course, on July 4th. We called their emergency line and about half an hour later, the technician was at the house and had resolved the issue. We've never been disappointed with All American and recommend them every chance we get.

I have been using this company for a year and a half. From the front office to the service techs, these guys are awesome! Natalie in the front office has always been wonderful. I have worked with a few different techs and the most recent being Lex who was the best yet. This team is very professional, responsive, and informative. Since day one they have always been honest, keeping our best interest in mind. I pay for the one year service contract and I will say it is very worth it.

I called All-American about noon on the Friday before the start of 4th of July weekend. Our AC had been out for the last 24 hours or so and it was getting hot. I was hoping they could get me scheduled sometime in the next day or two. But they said they would be out yet that afternoon, and within three hours Jordan gave a call and said he was on his way. A half hour of work time and things cooling down well. Sure appreciate the quick and good work.

All-American have been looking after our HVAC for many years, and we feel taken care of!
When our upstairs system stopped working recently, in a week of 90F weather, we had an engineer at the house within a couple of hours. The spare part had to be shipped. It arrived earlier than expected, and we were immediately offered an earlier installation. The work was done in a few hours, and we were cool again.
Very glad to have a reliable local HVAC company.

I've recently relocated to the Raleigh area and I don't know if my A/C will work properly. When a mailer arrived claiming a nearly 5-Star Google satisfaction, I checked their website and read through the impressive reviews.

After seeing that they have 24/7 phones, I called. It was kinda but not too late. I called at 4:55 PM last Friday. I got a recording saying that I'd called after business hours. Please leave a message or request service online to be contacted the next business day. I requested service online. That was last Friday. It's now Wednesday afternoon and I haven't had a phone call, a text, or an email.

Maybe they only respond to desperation. I'm certainly not desperate enough to use All American. I'll find a company/person that's honest and reliable.

We’ve been using All American Heating & Air since the summer of 2020. They installed a new HVAC system and ducts for our home’s new addition and existing house renovation. We also have utilized their bi-annual maintenance service and have been very happy with all of their services.

Lex was here today for scheduled maintenance and he was on time, provided great customer service, explained everything he was doing, reset our thermostats, and was very patient with our questions. We are highly satisfied with All American and most definitely would recommend.

Our HVAC system is still operational but is 30 years old. I asked for an appointment to review my options for the future, and asked if we could schedule an appointment even if I choose not to buy right away. No problem! Ryan arranged a time for inspection and followed up with a quote. No high pressure, I can tell that customer service is first and he's in business for the long term.

I called Tyler on the morning of July 4th after trying two other HVAC companies who couldn't come out on the holiday. He was very helpful- dispatched one the crew that same morning. Grayson, the technician, was professional, friendly, and very efficient. He found the problem with our AC in less than 30 minutes and fixed it within the hour. He saved our 4th of July party!! I highly recommend All American Heating & Air.

We have used All American twice over the last two years for HVAC check-ups and repairs. Same day service available both times. Technicians were very courteous, knowledgable and professional. They showed me photos and readings indicating issues found, and proposed solutions. Technicians did not nickle-and-dime us or push expensive solutions unnecessarily. We are very happy with All American and will continue using them for our HVAC needs in the future.
