Woke up to a blank screen on my upstairs thermostat and was concerned of upcoming inclement weather and cold temperatures. Called All American (who installed my new gas heat upstairs last year replacing heat pump) at 8:30am and spoke with Nathalie. Technician Grayson arrived within an hour and had my issue diagnosed and corrected before 10am. Very appreciative of their professionalism, promptness and overall service. A++++

I’ve been a customer of theirs since they opened and they have always been wonderful to work with. They have serviced maintained, and installed for myself and for my children’s mother’s house and have always been professional, fair and honest. They will always look to find ways to reduce costs where possible. Just had some repairs and maintenance performed by Curtis and Grayson. Great guys. Did a fantastic job! Thank you All American! First time using All American. Excellent service from DJ today. I was pretty sure it was a blown capacitor and requested a refrigerant check, as well. DJ confirmed the faulty cap and replaced it with one from his truck. He was very thorough and checked the loads on the outside condenser fan and inside blower, as well as confirming expected cooling differential after the repair. Refrigerant pressure checked out fine. Great experience overall. I will be using them next time I need service.

We've been customers of All American for over 17 years and 2 houses. We've had them perform maintenance and service for our current house for over 10 years and couldn't be happier. We just had an issue today with one of the motors for our ducts and they sent Jonathan out. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, have a plan for replacement and complete the replacement in a timely manner. We've always been happy with the service they provide for us.

Unfortunately our heat went out during a cold part of the winter. We had another HVAC company come look at it and they told us it would cost $1000 to fix it, and they would not have the part in stock for 2 months.

All American was able to come out same day, for a couple hundred less. They were at my house in less than an hour. Heat was up and running 30 min after that.

Our techs name was DJ. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He knew what was wrong immediately and was able to fix it quickly. He was respectful of our time and our home and even met our dogs.

It is clear to me that this business cares about their customers and their employees. I highly recommend anyone in the area to use this company if they ever find themselves in need of HVAC repair.

Our air-conditioning unit the services all of our business offices stop working early Sunday morning. I called All American Heating & Air to see if they could have a On-Call Technician come out to see what he problem was. The technician, Jonathon responded to the call. Now mind you it was 90 degrees out and upwards of 70 % humidity. I mention this because Jonathon arrived introduced himself and went to work on a unit that is easily 15 years old. He was out in the heat for at least 2 hours straight working diligently, trying to get it repaired. He didn't take water breaks, didn't play on his phone, the man simply was doing his job as best as possible. He was able to identify the problem but parts had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer since it was such an old unit. Jonathon went into detail what the issues were, what was to be ordered for parts and that he would be back to complete the job when the parts came in. The parts came in rather quickly and Jonathon had it repaired, up and running in an hours time. He even went above and beyond to explain the All-American Service plan options to me for future benefit. No other company need stop by. All American has 100% of our business.

Unfortunately, my AC unit stopped working properly. I called All American on a Sunday afternoon and left a message for them to call me back.

Monday morning at 7am I received a call from them! They told me a technician could be at my house in an hour! Yes, in an hour! Are you kidding me?! Who responds that quickly these days? I'll tell you who, All American Heating & Air!

I had to tell them that I couldn't be home in an hour because I had to go to work, but told them I could leave early and what time I could be home. I was told no problem, we will see you then.

When I got home the technician, Jonathon was already waiting for me! He was very nice and diagnosed my problem in less than 10 minutes. My AC was up and running again another 10 minutes later! He was very informative about my issue and other things that I asked him about. He was very polite and courteous during his entire visit. While we talked I found out he is also a volunteer firefighter! Thank you for doing that, Jonathon!

I highly recommend All American Heating & Air! I hope I never have to call them again, but if I have any heating or air issues ever again, they are the only people I will call!

Mike and Jonathon came out same day, very promptly after my call, and were extremely professional. They assessed the issue with my HVAC unit and had it fixed quickly, and for a good value! We were back to enjoying our cold AC on these hot summer days in no time!

We have an annual HVAC service contract with All American and have been very pleased with their service and the quality of the technicians. They do a thorough job, spend a LOT of time checking on the heating and A/C units, are courteous and abiding by masking and COVID needs. Our technician for our recent service, Hao, spent extra time talking to me about the system and what he did today, as well as cleaning and servicing a cooling line pump that they didn't even install. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our technician and the work All American does.
