Temperature Design is a very professional and friendly service, and do extraordinary quality work. They always do their best to accommodate your needs, and do it in a timely and orderly manner. My family have and will always use their services.

Showed up as promised, provided a text message and pic of himself before arrival, performed the work needed quickly, provided before and after pics of his work, explained the problem and his corrective action in plain English and showed us how his company’s annual service contract could help assure trouble free usage in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future!

Recently replaced both my upstairs and downstairs HVAC units with Trane A/C & Furnace packages. So far , the new systems are so efficient they are paying for themselves. From start to finish , and including follow up , the entire team has been terrific to work with . Our estimator Lee Endicott , did a superb job , representing everything factually and making sure all went well .Nicole and Tracy in the office were super as well .Don't know the names of the installers , but they were all clean , neat and efficient

Temperature Design is a great HVAC service company!
They are very knowledgeable about their products and the true needs of the customer.

We have 3 systems in our home. One of our units was replaced a couple of years ago and the other two are older. (All done by a different company.) We had one of our older units that was dying. So we made the call to Tempersture Design. Nicole worked with my husband on questions he had about their systems and set up the appointment with Travis.

When Travis came out to assess the situation, he noticed that our newer unit was oversized for the space it was heating and cooling. He did some analysis and told us we could get rid of the dying unit, move and add duck work to the newer unit. Now we are dealing with only 2 units instead o 3. By having more space for the duck work, the air is more evenly distributed and the unit is working more efficient. Before they did this work, we had a bathroom and closet that never got warmed and cooled properly. Now they are. This was a big cost savings for us. It ended up about half the price of getting a new unit! Temperature Design could have just sold us a new unit, but this is a company with integrity and is truly about the customers needs.

I also can't say enough good things about their curtious and professional service team. They stayed well into the evening until the job was finished. That is true dedication!

Simply extraordinary and beyond expectations from start to finish including superb customer service. A wonderful and pleasant experience.

The team rescued us when our system went out. Professional and helpful as well as the right equipment (trane) on time and clean, wearing masks and they got the job done as planned. Love them.
