Tony was great. Throughly inspected our hvac systems and made sure he took pictures of issues to show us. Very complete explanations of his findings and solutions that he recommended. Would highly recommend.

Update: Tony returned to complete work on the issues he found during the initial inspection. It was cold and heavy rain but that didn’t stop him from completing the job on our outside AC units with a smile and providing great service on the call. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Temperature Design from beginning to end. Travis was very knowledgeable from the beginning with providing the quote and his staff was spot on throughout the process. The three gentlemen who did the install were very professional and timely. I could not have asked for a better experience with such an important purchase.

Temperature Design is a fantastic HVAC company, without question!!! I had a geothermal unit installed back in 2003 and it needed to be replaced. Got several quotes and decided to go with them based on price, professionalism, expertise and customer reviews. Could not have made a better decision! Went with a Water Furnace Series 7 Geothermal 5 ton unit. This thing is amazing. Super quiet, crazy efficient and our home has never been so comfortable. Travis and team did an amazing job on the install and even reconfigured some of the existing ductwork to improve airflow. All the wires and ducting are neatly organized and secured. They cleaned up everyday when they left even when they were returning the next day! Very impressed. Highly recommend Temperature Design. You won’t be disappointed!!!

This company is top notch! They came in to repair our A/C unit that Island Point HVAC in Mooresville had installed 6 months ago and charged us $12,000 for it. The unit never worked right and several calls to Island Point remained unanswered and they came out once to flush the lines which did not fix the issue we had. After countless calls to Island Point that remained unanswered I called Temperature Design to come out and fix the unit. They directly knew what was wrong with the unit and added the missing part to even out the airflow in the dual zone system.
I can HIGHLY recommend Temperature Design and wish I would have hired the to install our A/C.

Kenny was great to work with. He upgraded our thermostat to a new Smart thermostat and was very helpful in setting me up on the app. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
