Tony and his crew came out and diagnosed the problem with our system and got it repaired right away. They were very professional and knowledgeable on how to work on my Mitsubishi mini split

We replaced our main HVAC downstairs and upgraded the system in the sun room. The sunroom had some unique challenges due to the non standard way the ceiling joists were done. They worked around the issues and provided an even better solution than we thought we would have originally. Everyone who worked on the job was polite, competent and always making sure we were happy with what they were doing. They cleaned up afterward and left everything cleaner than when they came. Great company. Jerry, Alan, Brian, Anthony and Austin and others whose names I can't remember were great. We had competitive quote and chose Temperature Design and are happy we did.

Tony was very prompt, arriving ahead of schedule. He followed all the CDC's Coronavirus guidelines wearing his mask at all times and adhered to social distancing protocols. In addition, his wearing of shoe covers protected my carpets.

Tony has a very upbeat and positive attitude, such a nice thing in these trying times. He was patient with my countless questions regarding the problem, things to be on the lookout for, and future preventative measures. Throughout this call Tony was very sweet and polite to my elderly mother.

Temperature Design is certain of the most professional HVAC contractors serving the greater Mooresville, NC area. The real measure of a company is calling them to service a system they did not install, and when it fails during the Holidays, and you wake up to a house that's 50 degrees. It's 102 degrees, shelf stable food becomes jeopardized, and in both circumstances, they were on site immediately. Temperature Design's impeccable care with responsive, competent technicians, remains their hallmark. A wonderful company, evident by their amazing service and customer follow through. They come highly recommended.

My call to Temp Design was for a seasonal check-up since my previous provider had gone out of business. Trane's website had positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. Jesse was very polite and knowledgeable - without any high pressure sales. I learned a lot about what I could do on my own to prolong the life of the unit. I would certainly recommend!

Temperature Design has been my HVAC service provider for the past 5 years. They are super responsive, highly professional and always take the time to walk me through any diagnostics, issues and/or updates when servicing the equipment.

I called and spoke with Austin on 7/6 and asked to schedule a rep to come out to our facility and give us a quote on a project we're working on and was told someone would call me back shortly to schedule a visit. After no response, I called back on 7/9 and spoke with Nicole, and was told the same thing. Again, no response. At this point, I should've just given up, but called back on 7/13 and again spoke with Nicole. She apologized and scheduled Travis to stop by on 7/19. However, when Travis didn't arrive as scheduled on 7/19, I called and spoke with Nicole again. I was told he had an emergency on another job and was unable to stop by as scheduled that day, and they'd have to reschedule. I declined to reschedule as there was no call prior to my scheduled appt. to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it. This is very poor customer service... unplanned events do come up, however all it takes is a simple call, rather than wasting one's time waiting around only to have a no-show. Essentially, I wasted almost two weeks trying to work with these folks. Look elsewhere for someone who values their customers and potential business!

We opted for a new unit instead of getting our 17 year unit fixed. They were very timely, professional and did a great job answered any questions we had and the unit is unbelievable.We opted for the higher end unit with a 10 year warranty just to have peace of mind and it is worth every penny.
