Lee was our salesman to answer all our questions regarding an installation for a possible mini split AC Mitsubishi. We decided to go with the install which was done by Allen & Philippi. They arrived promptly & introduced themselves. They were quiet & very clean. They showed a lot of respect for all our questions & for our home. We very much love our mini split AC. We are happy with Temperature Design.

They installed the system in my house when it was built and they are the only one I call when It needs service.
Kenneth has been the technician on the last few service calls and he is very good.

Nicole is the person who answers the phone usually and schedules the service calls and she is very responsive and great to deal with.

First off, I'll say that I'm not one to write a review like most who think their opinion on everything from an air freshener to a soup spoon really matter. But I had an odd noise coming from my crawl space when the heat kicked on and I couldn't diagnose it. Being fairly new to the area I didn't know enough about any HVAC company in the area to make a safe decision. My electrician, who's work I respect, recommended Temperature Design because he has worked frequently with them on the same projects. I took his advice, especially since this wasn't a straight forward service call. Lee arrived a little earlier (which he called first to approve) than scheduled and was great. I told him the issue I'd been having and of course it didn't happen while he was there. He took his time, checked everything and really thought outside the box at what might be causing the noise. He worked at and took his time to diagnose something that was unusual even though he had a full schedule of appointments that day. He made a few adjustments here and there and offered suggestions in case the noise returned. He could have easily told me, 'it's not making any noise NOW, everything is working fine, call us back if it happens again', but Lee seemed genuinely interested in finding out what the problem was and fixing it. I was impressed (which many would say is hard to do) so I will be signing up for their maintenance contract come spring time because of his work ethic. I can't speak for every employee there, but I can tell you if Lee is the tech who comes to service your issue, you'll be in good hands.
