Kenneth did a great job, which we’ve come to expect. We can’t say enough good things about Temperature Design and their people. Nicole, Lee, Tony and Kenneth are very friendly and super professional. They come out promptly and service is excellent!
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and have plans to stay w this company forever!

Really happy with the decision to work with Temperature Design. Only regret is that I didn't use them sooner. They have well trained talent with serious technical skills. This allows them to work on the newer, more sophisticated Trane units. Also, I really appreciated the professionalism of the office staff. Highly recommend these folks!

These guys are rock stars! Very honest and dependable. I had an issue and called for service one afternoon, a high quality service repairman was on site in less than 2 hours. Fixed the issue, gave me solid advice and was very helpful. My family n dogs slept in a cool home again.

Wow, I was amazed at the energy of this young man very nice and was concerned, asked how my day was going I almost felt like I was talking to my son. Most of all he came in and notice what the problem was right away he explained to me in detail and was able to show me the problem and explained to me what was needed. He was safe, wore a mask and plastic on his shoes, asked if I had any questions. I tell you this is the service of all services with a smile. Thank you for coming out and making this easy and getting the job done quickly!!!!

I needed some of air ducts repaired & replaced, because of raccoons destroying them at my lake house. Nicole at Temperature Design got back to me quickly when other companies either didn’t respond to told me they can get to me in 1 month, even with me having no AC in July. Tony replaced 25ft of air ducts & repaired other areas. My AC is flowing stronger than ever. It’s never been like this in decades. I highly recommend Temperature Design. Tony worked hard & got this project completed in 6hrs!

Great experience with this company. Our AC went out which is not ideal with two infants in the home during the Summer. They were able to get someone out the very next morning and repair the unit. We will be using Temperature Desing again! Troy did an awesome job explaining what was wrong with our unit and letting me know what he was doing to repair it. He also offered long-term suggestions.
