We have used this company to install 3 units in 3 of our homes and they are great!!! They do our maintenance and always do a great job! I recommend highly!

Tony is a really personable representative of the company that I called today to see if I could get someone to come out and tell me why my front room was so hot while the rest of the house was cool. The company was able to send Tony out the same day. He reviewed and explained all very well to me. I am now in the process of getting the problem resolved. It would be awesome if many more companies had such wonderful employees working for them. Because of him I would have no problem referring this company to my family and friends.
****** I am now adding an additional review of Lee who is another representative of the company. He came out a day later to inspect for the proposal and cost for it to be done. He discussed the various options that could be done to resolve the problem while working with me and acknowledging my budget. I decided which way I would like to go but unfortunately when I received the proposal for the cost it was significantly greater than my budget would allow. Even though I will not be working further with the company I have had wonderful experiences with both Lee and Tony. I really enjoyed getting to know them and would definitely recommend this company.

Temperature Design did a great job. Nicole and Kenneth were very professional. Nicole researched the maufacturers warranty on my mini split and got me on the schedule right away. Kenneth diagnosed and repaired the unit all in one visit. Both were great communicators the way they listened to my questions and explained things. Grandma visits Friday and she'll be most grateful!

Temperature Design was a life saver after our heat stopped working. Very prompt and got to the bottom of the issue right away. Had the part on hand and we now have heat in less than three hours.

Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and nice! Was early (texted beforehand to verify it was ok), diagnosed and repaired the system quickly. Also provided very helpful tips on improving efficiency within our home.

I have been working with Temperature Design for at least the past decade, and have never had any complaints. The most recent task was removing and replacing all of my old ductwork, and I can not be more satisfied with the work that they performed. In the eighteen plus years I have lived here, the supply vents never worked quite right, some were overpowered, some were hardly working, and there were so many leaks in the system that I had mold, humidity, and temperature retention issues. While the system that Temperature Design installed many years ago made incredible improvements to my heating and cooling bills, the ductwork remained a major pain point that I finally had a chance to resolve with their zero interest financing. Since they performed the work, my HVAC system has barely needed to run. It heats and cools quickly now, and there are no longer any leaks, so the temperature holds for a good, long time. Every room has the perfect level of air flow for quick and effective climate control. My first experience with installing a new HVAC system from Temperature Design many years back significantly lowered my electric bills, and now I expect their amazing work on installing such a great ductwork system will result in even further HVAC electricity savings!

This will be a long review but I want consumers like myself to be sure and understand quality of service is so crucial to any home repair. My wife and I have been putting off the replacement of our 22 year old Trane HVAC system, I was convinced we had to get it done this year. First let me start by saying I’m a Cyber Security Consult and before deciding on Temp Design I had several other companies give me a quote. I wanted to replace the old unit with the same vendor Trane, the other companies pushed a lesser quality product. The key decision on why we went with TD was the level of details their Comfort Consultant Lee explain every aspect of the process, from deciding on the unit to providing key specs, pros and cons of various system and simply best bang for your bucks!. Trust me as an Engineer I will never sacrifice quality over price. I was very impressed with Lee and his crew: they were punctual at the date we schedule the installation (2 days for our our house) we had several systems installed including a Mitsubishi ductless system. Their communication was flawless, they were very clean and worked professionally without any hickups. Very detailed and answer all of our questions and boy we had a bunch! They walked us through every step of the install and programming of the devices. Like I said, first impressions means a lot to me and well I was truly impressed with their work. We certainly are enjoying the new unit and look forward to our ROI from installing this system. I highly recommend doing your due diligence when considering your next HVAC company but in my opinion Temperature Design to me has earned my business for as long as we own our home.
