Save your money and time!!!
Took them almost a week to do warranty repair on unit that they installed 2 years ago.
No communication from them, had to call and ask what was going on.
Send a invoice for approval but the final price was so much higher. Charged for 4 hours of labor but the tech was in and out.
At the end it was much more expensive than calling someone else and not using warranty.
Stay away!!!!

This company has been more than helpful multiple times with my old HVAC unit. Plus one time they found my dog or should I say my dog found them when she escaped from the backyard and treated her like family until they were able to contact me and return her..lol I would recommend them to anyone for their great work and pet sitting services even tho they don't advertise that. Lol

They fixed our heat when it went out during Christmas. They worked with us and fixed it in no time. Now we are nice and toasty on these cold winter days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again for the great customer service and fixing it asap!

I've been shopping around and comparing companies and HVAC systems when mine went down. Temperature Design came through and did it right for a very fair price. The new Trane Heat Pump (14 SEER) is VERY quiet. I like the new Nexia themostat as well--very smart. I recommend TD without question. Team was knowledgeable and very efficient.

Tony is thorough, knowledgeable, and happy to explain things which is important to us so we know what the problems are and what is being done. There will be some follow-up work which we are happy to do with them

Tony spent couple hours here at the house.
We’ve had problems with very little air movement and the over flow pan was filling shutting the A/C off.
Everything now working perfectly.
