I recently had the pleasure of having Tony, an exceptional AC repair technician, work on my HVAC system. Not only was he punctual and knowledgeable, but he also worked quickly and efficiently. Tony's outstanding communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Tony and Temperature Design for any AC repair needs - truly a top-notch professional!

I called Temperature Design and they were here the next day. My technician, Tony was professional, courteous and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. I was impressed because he had everything he needed right on his van. I will use Temperature Design again.

First of all, Temperature Design was one of four recommendations I received from Duke Energy, in response to my search for reputable A/C-Heating companies. They were my FIRST choice based on their reviews, followed by their prompt, courteous contact to set up the initial appointment for the estimating process. After my interactions, with several team members, from sales, scheduling, installation, and operations, I have no doubt that my first choice was the right (and best) choice. I am looking forward to continued excellent service, through their residential maintenance program, that will keep my home seasonably comfortable, throughout the years.
On 2/8/23, Tony provided above and beyond service to get my programmable thermostat reconnected after a power outage, which also left me without my remote (iPhone) connection capability. I’m back up and running and truly appreciative of his knowledge and perseverance.

Called around noon and Tony was here by 3:30. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our unit and checked to make sure everything was running properly. Office staff was also very nice. Kept me up to date with text messages.
