Brian and his team handled themselves very professionally and were on time!! The spent time to explain the issue I was having in detail and what option would be the best fix for me. I can not talk enough about how much Brian cares about taking care of the customer not only from start to finish but checking up later to make sure things were still functioning correctly

Without a doubt, I was most impressed with their professionalism, appearance and attitude. I was educated versus told what to do. I learned the difference between a basic system and a high efficiency system for my home. Once they took the time to explain What that looked like for me and the financing that was available, I was sold. I felt good about the system, price and above all the company Brian and all of the team have set the bar in my mind for all other service companies.

A/C went out today in our office and heat index over 100 degrees. Everyone else told us they were a week out and these guys were here 8am next day. Very responsive. Excellent service. Not seeing a lot of that these days.

Brian and his team are great! The technicians did a thorough inspection and maintenance on my HVAC system. My system is 14 years old and will likely soon need to be replaced. The team explained to me various options for when that time arises. Until then, they have it maintained and running great. Brian really cares about his customers. His technicians are well trained and highly qualified. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Your Technician came out for what should've been a diagnostic visit. He Walked around and looked at the ac unit to see what was wrong. Did not communicate that the whole system was messed up and needed repairs. I didn’t find that out until after The rep left and I had already paid $415 for a thermostat that was suppose to correct the problem. The system shuts down again after about 15 minutes so my husband calls your Rep back out because obviously they didn’t fix the ac.. The account Manager came out and claimed there would be another charge of $240 for another piece that they didn’t see before and now we just can’t afford to move forward with the repair. So not only is my ac not working, I am out of $415 because of bad information and not even a drop of remorse or willingness to correct the problem. This is very dishonest and any company that practices like this should be ashamed of themselves.. I am so aggravated that your company took advantage and skimmed the job when your Account Manager told me he knew the whole ac was bad. I didn’t even know that information until he told me. So the diagnostic price is a joke. Why did they replace anything at all .. I want a refund of my money that I spent because of the bad info from your rep. I seriously wish we would have had a good experience.

Brian and his team are amazing! Went over everything in detail, explained everything, set up the install in just a few days. Had to make a minor adjustment to the system, called brian, his guys came out within a hour to fix it and boom, best system I ever had! Highly recommend!!!!
