The technician was very professional. He called to inform about his arrival time and ensured it was still appropriate timing. The technician gave a lot of information about the repair and he was very diligent in performing this repair. He used shoe covers to avoid dirt in the house. Perfect timing and service. The ac unit is back up and running after less than 1 hr. 2 parts were replaced. I decided to go with their maintenance contract services as well since my first experience was a success with this company.

Originally called to have my heat pump repaired as it wasn't cooling my house. Other places said they couldn't get to me for days, but Peace had a team here within the hour. After investigating the issue, the techs and I determined it would be a waste to try and fix my unit due to its overall condition. They worked up an acceptable estimate for a new unit, I accepted, and we scheduled the install for the following week. The install team was right on time, did a super job, and now I have an efficient system for years to come.
