We have had a great experience with these folks both with our business and with our home. Recently had them install a brand new Trane system with the PhotoMax UV air purifier. Our house feels and smells amazing now. Highly recommend!

2-5-19 Wanted to add an update: They removed all old duct work under the house and replaced every duct. Excellent job. And they did it in record time since we have a new born!

We called on Friday night, July 19, about 10 pm, asking for the 24 hour service. Brian responded and said he would try to get someone. He called back and his service guy was busy on another job. Brian offered to bring us a window unit that night. He text me back at 12:45 AM to let us know that he could not get anyone there that night but would have someone there at 8:00 AM on Saturday. On Saturday a service guy showed up. Was very nice and efficient. Checked the thermostat and went to the outside unit. By the time I got my shoes on he was walking back to tell us what the problem was. The CAP 45 capacitor was bad. He checked his truck and thought he had one but didn't on his truck. He said he would run to the shop, about 6 miles away, and get one. I specific asked if it was an odd size and he said no he was just out on his truck. We were leaving to go out of town and my brother came and stayed. He was very comfortable being there and in no hurry to leave. Service guy returned and walked to unit, plugged it in and attached 3 wires and was done. My brother watched the whole process. System was working and all was good. I left a credit card so that the bill could be paid. When I got back a week later and picked up my card I found out how much the bill was. It was $590.27. There was no invoice only the credit card slip. I called and ask for an invoice. I got one that gave a base print out but no itemized pricing. I asked for that with several emails, text and phone calls. I got a text on Aug 22, saying they had reviewed and there was an error and they would send me a check for $118.28, which they did. I still do not have an itemized bill. I would like to know what kind of capacitor was used in case it goes bad and how much it cost. I would like to know the labor cost per hour. I totally agree with having a weekend charge. I will say that they were all super nice in trying to fix the unit and it was fixed immediately and so far satisfactory. I just can't get an itemized invoice and I do think the charge was excessive. Even at $471.99. The work was fine and they were all nice for the repair.

The Lake Norman division of TemperaturePro is AWESOME! They are all knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient. They even did a great job cleaning up when the job was complete. We are now happy and cooler. Brian, Lee, Mike, Zack, and Farrah are a great team.

I would only recommend this company if you were looking for expertise, timeliness, honesty, enthusiasm and personality. Simply because Brian at TemperaturePro exudes and lives all that. It is rare to find a heating and air company that is more than just fixing and maintaining heating and air -- this is a company led by someone who really really wants to do a good job and be known for the quality. And to make new friends in the process.

Brian and his staff have proven to be professional and competent, and they have given me very competitive pricing for all the work that they have done in my business. I continue to refer my friends and family to Temperature Pros of Lake Norman, for their residential needs, because I know they will provide great service at a fair price.

Three years ago, after purchasing a condo unit in the area, I was in need of a new HVAC due to age of the unit. I chose Peace (previously Temperature Pro) and have been extremely satisfied with the new HVAC and the ongoing maintenance I receive.

Recently, Kyle visited for the winter tune-up and cleaned all the parts. What I really appreciate about Peace and Kyle is the extra servicing...he helped to reprogram my Nest Thermostat to make heating my home much more efficient during the colder evenings.

They are not the cheapest, but between the quality care, timeliness and professionalism...they are worth it!
