We were so impressed with the service - our air went out and we called Peace. Bryan was immediately helpful and we were immediately at peace...no pun on word's intended, but so true! He sent Alex out to assist. Alex was great! He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! They were here within 45 minutes and we had air again in less than an hour! Thank you Bryan and Alex!!

When our A/C went out, it was already 20 years old, and many of the parts for repair were no longer available, and my usual A/C repair company stopped working weekends. Unfortunately, this meant a new HVAC unit was needed, as well as a new company. I highly recommend asking for Edwin if you go here. He offered us amazing service, and pushed to move our unit up for quicker delivery. He was very careful to avoid any damage to the house and surrounding yard as he removed the old unit and installed the new.
Additionally, my nephew's A/C next door went out during this time. Edwin was able to squeeze in the time to replace his blown condenser fan motor and just have all of it billed to me.
The only reason for four stars instead of five is the price. They are definitely more expensive than my usual repairman. However, while I can not speak to every employee they have, I do know that Edwin does his best to give you the value back in the quality of service he provides and his constant positive attitude toward the customer.

Peace Heating and air was called to maintenance our 22 year old Central Air unit. They found rust and other deterioration both in the condenser & heating unit. We sat down regarding cost on replacement. I feel that Peace offered good pricing, a very fair fixed 10 year payment plan. The crew that replaced our unit was efficient, cleaned up thoroughly and took a lot of time explaining to my husband & I how the system worked, helped me set up the App for remote control & left me feeling this company takes care of its clients. I am very happy with our new system & Peace did not try & sell me a larger unit which was not needed for a 2 bedroom condo. In fact, they told us why we needed the mid sized system that fits with the requirements of our home. Highly recommend this small family business & would turn to them for any HVAC needs we may have.

This company is so friendly, customer oriented and professional and reasonably priced! Wonderful, accurate and TRUSTWORTHY work. The technician Alex was wonderful. Gave me a complete peace of mind about my unit that we had issues with in the past so I will recommend this company to everyone!

We had a power surge that damaged our HVAC system. Peace was quick to respond even on a Sunday morning. The tech they sent out, John, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We were back up and running shortly and pricing was more than fair. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

My new HVAC was requested on Friday and installed on Monday! You read that right! The team had an emergency they had to handle before getting to me, but they came as promised. Not only did the guys show up, but they did so with a great attitude and a professional spirit. Thats hard to find these days. I am so impressed with them and Sandy, the office manager. Customer satisfaction is what they seem to be all about and I cannot thank the team at Peace enough! I will certainly refer you to my friends, family and neighbors! You are the BEST OF THE BEST!

Buyer Beware. My property manager had Peace Heating and Air out to look at our mini split unit that was not working.
He presented us with a $4400 quote to replace the system.
My unit was under warranty so I had my installer go and look at it. Peace Heating and Air had pulled out some wires so that the unit didn’t work.
My technician reinstalled the wiring and the only thing wrong with the unit was the remote. He reprogrammed it and now my guests have heat.
Thank goodness we didn’t take their word for it - this is a very shady company.

My heat stop working do I called Peace Heating. They immediately sent a Technician out and he arrived within 30 minutes ! Tim was very prompt and explained exactly what the issue was as well as showed us what we needed to do go forward. He was very friendly and took his time to answer our questions. We were very pleased and grateful for the prompt and great service !

This company went to one of my rental properties to diagnose a no A/C issue. They found that there was a leak in the system that required repair. They wanted to charge me over $1,600 JUST to locate the leak! That price is so far out of line that it is laughable. I paid them for their service call and found a different vendor to find the leak for less than 1/10 of Peace's price.

Great guys. Dan was awesome and really took care of us. We needed to get our AC unit replaced and they had it hooked up in a very short amount of time. We even ran into a different issue with our heat later on and they came to fix it the same day! They were really helpful every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend.
