I am very pleased with temperature pro the technicians the owner are all very Professional. They told me in the beginning that my house would be healthier and it is.
I had major dust issues I no longer have that problem. This company stood by what they said that they were going to do, and they did it In a timely manner. Once the job was completed they have done re-checks to make sure things are operating appropriately I appreciate that. Kyle and his colleague did a great job on the vent fan installation. I was able to schedule to work in less than 24 hours and they were on time. Job took less time than expected which was great. And Farrah in the office was very responsive to my emails. Thanks for excellent work!

These guys are great!! Our unit was being particularly high maintenance & required extra attention. These guys didn't mind working late into the night, almost 12am, to make sure it was running right. Their communication was awesome! Brian made sure to touch base to make sure that everything continued to work appropriately in the days that followed.

Their technician Brandon went out of his way to service our AC when it was on its last legs so we were happy to give them our business when we finally decided to install a new HVAC unit. Very happy with our new AC and Brandon has followed up several times to make sure everything was doing well so we will be using them from here on out. Highly recommend them for sure! You can count on Temperature Pro in Mooresville to take care of you. Our Air Conditioner died and they were at our house the same day I called. They assessed the old unit, and gave us several options for a new system. The new AC System was installed as promised, even though the weather didn’t cooperate, the crew worked all day in a steady rain to complete the installation of the new unit. We have to thank the owner Brian, and he checked on us throughout the process. Great crew worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and you never knew any work had taken place, except we have cold air now, and a unit so quiet you can barely hear it when it is running. Responsive and professional service and I highly recommend this local company. Sign them up to maintain your HVAC system, I had failed to have our old system maintained, and I am sure was most of the reason it only lasted 10 years. They have an excellent service maintenance program.

Brian and his team were great. We are new to Mooresville and needed a reliable HVAC team and Peace was it. We also needed a fast response, which they provided flawlessly! Our existing HVAC system failed in the middle of some of the hottest days in June and Peace came to our rescue quickly and efficiently.

Kyle worked with me diligently to find the HVAC solution for my house. He was responsive to my every question and made sure the job was scheduled when I needed. Kevin is the absolute BEST!!! Somebody get this man a raise immediately. Our case was especially complicated as we had gas lines involved that were not clearly marked. We had been passed back and forth between other hvac companies and the gas company for weeks, each party continuously pointing the finger at the other saying "there was nothing they could do, call them back once X, Y, and Z was resolved". I was fully prepared to throw myself onto the ground and start crying when Kevin showed up.......he patiently listened to the entire saga of us trying to get heat established and he ACTUALLY HEARD MY CONCERNS. He wasted no time in climbing up on the roof to check out the hvac unit and hunt down my gas line. He took pictures of everything he looked at up there which was incredibly helpful as he was explaining his findings to me- he was able to show me a visual representation instead of leaving things to my imagination. I really appreciate that he actually took the time to make sure that I had a full understanding of what was going on. Not only that, but also that I understood what steps I needed to take next in order to get us up and running. We had heat the very next day. All thanks to this man's persistent, patience, and professionalism. Not to mention he did all of this with a GREAT attitude. He was legitimately happy to help. Which is really saying something after dealing with our case.....10/10 would recommend

Kyle called me to say he could be here earlier than the 12-2 window which NEVER happens with a service provider. They got in and cleaned and inspected both the attic coil and heater as well as the outside unit. Kyle recomended a replacement part and offered a service contract. I took the contract and had the part replaced. They were quick, professional, and I would highly recommend Peace HVAC.
