Brian and his team at Peace Hearing and Air Conditioning were a God send! Finding a reliable AC company when parts are so scarce has been a battle. After nearly two weeks without AC and lots of calling around Moorseville, we came across this business. Brian and his team came out immediately and we’re able to do a complete AC install 3 days later. His crew was super professional and even finished the job in record time. We’re so greatful we found Peace Heating and Air Conditioning when we did!

Kyle did a great job and was very respectful when he come to my home. He put on shoe covers every time he entered my house because it had been raining outside. He explained what he was doing to the unit before he did it and gave recommendations on what to do next if it stopped cooling again. Overall great company to do business with.

Thank you for your response. The only thing we can agree on is that it was for 8/2020-8/2021. My contract actually states four yearly inspections (as I requested) and four filter replacements supplied by me as I wanted to use Merv filters. Please see photo beliw. I requested quarterly maintenance as it was during the height of Covid and I wanted to stay on top of the air quality in the spa. You had previously installed air scrubbers for me. We are open 7 days a week 8am-10pm and 10-6 on weekends, so we always have a receptionist available and do respond to our voicemails. Furthermore, my personal email and cell phone are on the contract and I never received any further communication from your company. Ultimately I take responsibility for not disputing this charge with my CC company as I paid in full up front. I will however acknowledge the facts in this situation.

I paid for an annual quarterly maintenance service plan in advance for my business. They performed one service then never followed through on the rest of their agreement. In addition they had a year’s supply of high end filters that I purchased stored in their warehouse that never were returned. As a fellow business owner, I’m not sure how these guys can be this unethical and take someone’s money without upholding their end of the agreement. I recently sent a message to their office email but didn’t hear anything back.

Working with Temperature Pro has been great for my family. This was our first time buying an HVAC system, and were not sure what to get and were worried about being ripped off since we didn't know what we needed. We had several companies out to give estimates, but Brian really worked with us to find an amazing deal on a great system, and to make sure we understood why he recommended what he did. We were not disappointed with any aspect of their service. I was very particular about certain things I needed to happen and Brian really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and for that, I am very appreciative. His staff was professional, kind, and courteous. Our neighbors, who came over while they were here, were very impressed with how friendly everyone was. Our experience with Temperature Pro was an all around great one in every regard- price, staff, and installation. Our technician was Kyle Evans. He was on time and very professional. He wore shoe covers so that he didn’t track mud into the house. He checked our air filters and offered to change them for us. He discussed the issues he found with the system with me, and informed me of the cost of services up front. He was very informative and helpful. Great experience!
