We had to convert from an old oil baseboard heat to HVAC and had different estimates done. We chose Temperature Pro because of the knowledge and ability to do exactly what we wanted. Kyle and Edwin came the first day and checked everything out in our home. They didn’t try to sell us the most expensive product. They offered solutions that the other companies did not. Installation happened soon after and faster then we expected. The entire team worked hard everyday and got a tremendous amount of work done. I homeschool so having men in my house can be intimidating, but not with them. They were the most respectful and professional workers. They were kind to my children and I did not hear any foul language the entire time they were here. Brian cares about his clients and that his company is doing a good job. It reminds me of the local family owned companies you would see in the movies. We are so glad we have found a company we can trust and we will be solely using Temperature Pro for all of our HVAC. needs. We recently found out our realtor Jaime Sparks had Temperature Pro replace her HVAC as well and she has nothing but good things to say. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Another fantastic customer experience with Temperature Pro after the motor on one of our units broke last week when it was really cold. They were at my home within the hour, diagnosed the problem and then thoroughly went through the options given the age of our unit - replace the whole furnace or just the motor. We decided to replace only the motor but did it on the full understanding of the pros and cons. Brian even spoke with my husband after hours to explain everything. They then drove to get the motor and installed it less than 48 hours after the initial call. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

We use Temperature Pro Lake Norman to service our HVAC 2x's per year for maintenance. They arrived on time, were kind and friendly, and did a great job. We also had to call them for an additional service when we were having issues with our heat. They were able to get out the same day, resolved the problem quickly and prices are great!!
