I was very impressed with how quickly Peace Heating and AC was able to install my new HVAC unit (three days after I called!). Tim and Kevin were very polite, professional and patient with me (I had lots of questions!). I did google the unit they installed and found out it was the number one rated HVAC unit on the market. That tells me Peace Heating and AC cares about the quality of the equipment they install and only want what's best for their customers. I highly recommend this company!

Kyle was my maintenance guy just now for the checkup on my heating. He gave me a heads up call when he was on his way and was very professional just taking safety precautions for covid.

He also took an extra few minutes to fix the handle on my storm door. He had the right tool and it was super quick and easy. Now my wife will think I'm a super hero!

Kyle had come out a few days ago to do the initial work up on what I needed to have done and offered a load of financing options so it wouldn’t kill my bank account. Braxton, Edwin and Tim replaced my entire ac/heat system and installed a new Honeywell thermostat for me today in about three hours! Also significantly cheaper then the mainstream box companies like Jenkins. Would use this company again in a heartbeat! 10/10 all around.

When my 23 year old air handler leaked and soaked the carpet and baseboards in a room in my home in 95 degree weather, needless to say I was concerned. With labor and material issues being what they are today, I didn’t think I’d be able to get anyone out to repair it for quite some time. Amazingly I made a call at 8:00 the next morning and they were at my house at 4:30 that afternoon and repaired it until they could order a new unit. The new one was installed in a few days and working great. Service was timely and professional. Based off my experience with them, I would highly recommend this company.

We reached out to Peace H&A for a quote on a new, residential gas packaged unit due to a cracked heat exchanger, and subsequently, a carbon monoxide issue. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and gave me a time frame (for the same day) that a rep would be out to discuss options with us. Brian came out (on time) to chat with us; he was very professional and personable. We felt comfortable while discussing our options with him. He was not pushy nor did we feel rushed to make a decision at any time during his visit. Brian was very transparent, up-front and honest about everything. Peace H&A is also well involved with the community, which we really liked. The only reason we did not go with Peace H&A in the end was due to another company coming in a small amount cheaper on their quote. I highly recommend Peace H&A just off the sales visit!

Had amazing visit from Chad and Tim today. They discovered the source of our heating problems very quickly. They even showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled and provided amazing service while keeping things simple. It's 29 degrees outside. They made a few adjustments and improvements to keep us warm inside. Great service, great men, great company to depend on! Can't say enough good things about our experience.

We hired Peace Heating and Air Conditioning to come take a look at our HVAC, as our second floor wasn't cooling properly. Our technician, Kevin, was not only punctual, but was professional, courteous, and proficient in determining the issue at hand. He clearly explained his findings and also made recommendations regarding maintenance on our system, which we were happy to do, as our system is a bit old and dated. All in all, we were very happy with the services rendered!
