24 Hour Air

Very bad experience with 24 Hour Air company. Technician was unprofessional and not able to properly diagnose my HVAC and find out the cause of the issue. Not waste your time.

Called at 3:00am on a Saturday night after coming home from work to find fan motor seized. Anthony came out and had it running in less than 1 1/2 hours. There was a glitch in am and I called back. I went to work and he had to deal with my husband who is at the best of times hard to deal with. He is a stay in, does not play well with others. Anthony was able to fix the glitch, deal with a mentally unstable person and i came ho!me to goosebumps on my arms. Thank you!

I had to have work done through a warranty company,...guess when they do that, they could care less about the workmanship and, they don't warranty the component for very long either! Now,..I need to have the work done again, after only 8 months,.......will never call them for myself!

Gilbert was exceptional, was very punctual and arrived on time. He got the issue figured out and had a replacement part ready to go so I didn't have to wait for an order

I have to give a special thanks to Gilbert hes a great tech. Very funny and friendly. Fixed the AC and put new filters in for me because I couldn't reach that area. My dog even liked him.

Brad was my service technician and was totally helpful and completely professional. I high recommend Brad and 24 hour air.
