Charlotte Heating & Air

Had an issue on the weekend and called Charlotte Heating and Air based on great service from prior service. They had someone (Drew) out within 1-2 hours after finishing his other job. Drew was great! He quickly diagnosed and solved the issue. He explained the issue and likely causes to me for future prevention. I highly recommend Charlotte heating and air!!

Same day service when other HVAC companies I called were saying next week at the soonest. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. Very polite, courteous, efficient, and honest technician! Highly recommend and will continue doing business with!!!
