Just say NO! I have used them for years and slowly the quality has gone down hill. The owners don't care, bad service ( only interested in selling you a new system). I had them come out to look at why water was leaking through the ceiling and the next thing I know I have to pay $400+ before they would leave. They didn't give me an estimate, they just did the work. The unit's drain was clogged. I could have done the work myself. DO NOT USE, you will only have more issues requiring them to come back again.

B&E was the original installer of our HVAC sytem ~ 15 years ago. Our system has been OK over the years. It has needed some repairs and B&E had been attentive in providing the repairs. When our system broke down this past Labor Day, they charged us for a part to fix our A/C that was "under warranty". Because it was under warranty they said they could get it for us for a discounted price of $1,600. Once they got the part, they still couldn't fix our system. They said they needed another part. That part came in. It was the "wrong part". They then received the correct replacement part about a month later. However, they then stopped returning calls and texts. Punch line is we went 4 months without upstairs A/C and heat, they charged us a "discounted" $1,600 for a part that didn't fix the problem, and they kept the part. They never completed the service. We then hired another HVAC co to fix the issue. They fixed the issue within 48 hours for $300. B&E acted unprofessionally. We just wanted our system fixed, but B&E stole our money. We are pursuing appropriate avenues for recourse, but no one should do business with B&E.

BE has been servicing our HVAC systems for close to 20 tears. The original unit lasted about 18 years and was recently replaced by BE and works great.
The service techs have always been punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you B&E Air for providing our semi- annual HVAC check up. The service went great and felt good about your techs having gloves, mask's and booties while this virus is going around. Most of the work was done outside and in attic. They did a great job. Only small family business I will call when I have A/C problems and they have been coming out since 2001! Thank you B&E Air

I have been a customer of B&E for many years. They are a wonderful, family-owned business with people who know what they are doing and know how to trouble-shoot problems as well as fix them. I trust them. They not only repair broken units, but when you have a Peak Service Performance Agreement, they maintain and service your heating/ac to make sure it continues to function properly.
They are the best and I highly recommend them.

Their office staff is courteous and responsive, their technichians knowledgeable and so very nice, and the management team is simply the best. In addition, the new HVAC system they installed for us several years ago has been incredibly efficient and such a pleasure. In short, B&E has just been a comfortable, easy company with which to do business and we enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a good Heating/Air Conditioning company in the Charlotte area.

Our small downstairs air conditioner needed to be replaced. These guys came right out and gave us a great estimate. They were able to come out and install it right away. Did a great job. Talked us through everything (a couple of times) and were very professional.

I hired this company to install a new AC 3-4 years ago. They were great at that time. However, it has broken every summer since. They have come to fix it (for their regular fees) each summer until this one. I have called and left mutliple messages (no one answers the phone) and have been waiting for them to call me back for over a week now. Incredibly poor customer service and I will never use this company again.

Made an appointment a week ago for a repair estimate and had to call when they were running to late just to find that they were not going to be able to make the appointment due to other needed calls. I understand that people need air, but I also understand the value of holding appointments.
For some reason I cannot reply to the owner's response. This was years ago and I just hope you are able to improve service for future customers, but your response I find very condescending. I had to call you to find out why you weren't showing up at your scheduled time to find out that you weren't going to make it out that day. Yes, you tried to reschedule for a different day, but when I made the appointment I made it very clear that the appointment had to happen on that particular day.
