Same Day Heating and Air

It was a great experience for me. Your technician Zeke did a thorough check up my two air conditioning and heating system. I liked his honest approach and finally he explained that one of my systems is low on Freon. He also discussed the price of Freon. Then with my approval he filled up the system with Freon and the pressure became normal as it supposed to be. I never knew this company but with this kind of work ethics I guess I would ask my friends to use them and I again use them for servicing.

I had the pleasure of meeting David Brooks today. This was my first experience ever using Cole's Comfort Contractors heating & air conditioning. I would highly recommend David Brooks to anyone. He was courteous and kind. He took the time to explain what he was doing. I've used other companies in the past and I was left unsatisfied. He done a outstanding job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My upstairs AC unit went out a couple weeks ago. I called several companies to come out, take a look, and give me a quote. I hired Cole's for one reason - they were very thorough. He walked me through everything they would need to do, gave me a quote, and a timeline.

When it came time for the install, Wayne (the owner) showed up, introduced his installers, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Six hours later, the job was complete.

I looked over everything after a job is completed. I checked the unit outside, the air handler in the attic, duct work (to make sure it's all in tact and no leaks), draining lines, etc. It was perfect!

Another reason I am giving them 5 stars is there communication. Email them or call them and you will always reach someone and get a quick response. You also get a text when they are on there way to your home and a text when the job is complete.

They earned my business and I will work with them again in the future.

I needed a new heat pump so I contacted Cole's Comfort though a Google search. The owner Wayne came over to meet me and discuss the project. It was a very pleasant meeting, friendly and without an aggressive selling approach. He came prepared with brochures and answered all of my questions so I purchased a highly rated Trane heat pump from him. The owner and his son came on installation day to get things started. The installers were very neat, conscientious and customer oriented. They put in an incredible effort working around schedules to complete this project in a timely manner. The new heat pump installation looks fantastic and it is working very well. This was the first time that I did business with Cole's Comfort Contractors and I could not be happier! They will be my first choice for any future HVAC work.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had. I highly recommend this company and I will be using again. The technician...David Brooks was on time and explained everything. Cleaned my unit and I simply cannot say enough. I will be getting the twice a year service package. Thank you again

After dealing with the devastiation of someone cutting the copper out of our rental house, the folks at Coles Comfort were there asap. They evaluated the damage and I had a quote in hand by the end of the day. When they came out to fix it, it was done quickly and neatly. It doesn't get any better than these guys. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about how awesome Coles is to work with. Bought our 20 year old home 3 years ago and immediately we needed an entire new system. Wayne Cole makes you feel as if you are his most special customer ever. Then last month the 20+ year old system that heated and cooled the upstairs went out.
As we train service dogs, we often have veterans from across the country staying with us for as much as 2 weeks. We certainly want them to be comfortable. As soon as Wayne learned we had a veteran arriving he stopped everything to get our upstairs up and running. I just can't say enough about the personal attention and professional folks at Coles.

These guys are AWESOME!! They were at my house within a few minutes each time I called, we had originally planned to install my new AC/HEATING Unit yesterday but when they came to my house last Thursday, seeing and feeling that it was a Miserable Hot 96 degrees inside, each one of the guys moved things around (schedule wise) and put my new unit in the very next day!!!
