Josh is exceptionally thorough and meticulous, treating the job as if it was for his own home. He was careful to respect the cleanliness of our house, is extremely knowledgeable and was mindful to give detailed explanation about use and maintenance of the unit. While contractors can sometimes cut corners or be in a hurry to finish the work, Josh went above and beyond to ensure craftsmanship of the highest quality, and was communicative and friendly in the process. On a recent service call (Dec. 2021) Joshua recently drove about 10 miles to get a furnace control board for my gas furnace so we would have heat during a cold spell.
