I was very pleased with this company and thankful for the expertise Drew provided during his service visit. I also appreciated the phone call the night before and the email confirming the service visit in addition to the call when he was 30 mins away from my home. I’d been without working AC for almost a month and having someone pleasant and knowledgeable was a welcome change after dealing with a challenging home warranty company!

I returned from vacation on a Saturday afternoon only to find the upstairs temperature registering at 98 degrees and warm air blowing from the vents. I called my regular AC Service company and was told the Compressor had died. They went from one extreme to the next offering various repair options even suggesting that I replace both units because the other one might stop working soon. Seriously?? Well, I was recommended to 24 Hour Air and let's just say that the Owner restored my faith in this business. He was very prompt, professional, courteous and most of all honest!!! I had the compressor replaced on the one unit and it was up and running within 24-hours! He did not recommend all of the other unnecessary repair options and his price was much more affordable. Needless to say I will be switching my service from my old company to 24 Hour Air. Thank you for providing excellent, quality, affordable, honest and prompt service!

The guys who answered the phone was supper knowledgeable and friendly. However, they are not flexible. I am 99% sure my blower motor that is under warranty failed. The warranty only covers parts but not labor. I asked for a cost to diagnose the problem to confirm it is the blower and to submit the warranty claim and order the part. I told them that if it was just the blower motor then I wanted to install the part myself. They refused to do this and told me it would cost $359 to install the motor. This is something that takes less than 15 minutes to do. This is disappointing because these guys are right down the road from me.

This company is trash! We filed a claim with our home warranty because our A/C stopped working. 24 Hour Air was sent to our house to diagnose the system. First they arrived without calling ahead of time after this was discussed the day before. Second they submitted the repair quote to the home warranty for approval, it's approved about 30 minutes later which was approximately 10:30 a.m. I know it was approved because I received an approval email giving them permission to do the repair so we could have a working A/C.

Now here's the kicker, they never called us back. So when I called 24 Hour Air the next day(a full 24 hours later) they still hadn't reached out to us about the repair. Let's just say you couldn't pay me to refer this company to anyone!!! (I wish it were possible to leave a review with ZERO stars!!

I had just came in off of vacation and the AC stopped shortly afterward. I filled out a work request from another repair service and they did not return my call. So after five hours of waiting for a call, I cancelled and called 24 hour Air. They said that they would have someone here within 45 minutes and they did. I have read some of the negative complaints, but I was so satisfied that I would have given 5 stars, but I will leave the last one for any improvement. The Technician diagnosed the problem fast and had the house cooling within fifteen minutes.

My AC unit continued to leak. I had to replenish the freon at least twice per year. A technician from 24 Hour Air came to my home and after assessing the issue, suggested that I put in a leak fill. I have not had any issues ever since. My home remains cool and comfortable and I no longer have the repetitive expense of freon replacement. They did an excellent job of arriving on time, assessing the issue, fixing it quickly and saving me money!

Buyer BEWARE !! - This company seems to be competent, but they did not say that they would not bill and that they want payment IMMEDIATELY, until after they were done with the work. The repairman could not wait 5 hours for the landlord to wake up, since this at 3:00 am in the morning!! Then are you ready for this, the dude took the Freon back out of my air conditioner and left!! I even had a letter from the landlord saying that they would cover any charges necessary to repair the unit. But he just could not wait for a couple of hours for the landlord to wake up !!! I am surprised he did not say CASH ONLY!!

I have been using 24 Hour Air for over a couple of years now. They are my go to company when I have heating and air problems. I was recommended to them by a friend and from then on I have recommended them to my family, friends, and coworkers. They have always arrived to my home in a timely manner, professional, honest, and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. There are tons of companies that you can use, but I highly recommend this one. Thanks 24 Hour Air!

24 Hour Air did a great job for me. My furnace was not heating and the repairman was very prompt and courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks!
