Affordable Plumbing, Heating & Air

Have used Affordable on a few occasions...the most recent being to replace a wall hung sink and faucet in an older home. As all other times Mike returned my call promptly, they arrived on time and the work was done very professionally. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the area once the installation was completed. The job was a bit more in depth than originally thought, but Mike and Joseph didn't let that deter them! Kudos to them for a job well done!

It is Christmas and I am busy with baking and cleaning and the water line to the ice maker developed a leak. Had to turn the water to the house off. Called Mike who said they would have some one out the next day. Okay so I can live without water for a day. A couple of hours later Mike calls. He is in the neighborhood and wants to stop by. He stopped the leak wished us a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. I would definitely use him again.

So I called them this morning to get a quote and the guy that answered the phone was very short with me. He said he could only quote the service charge. The website is a bit misleading as this is what it states...

He wasn't rude so I will give them 2 stars. He really just didn't seem eager to assist me at all. They made a bad first impression that's for sure.

I used Affordable Plumbing heating and air three times in the past four years and I have been very pleased with them. This time they replaced all the piping in my home. I had that old galvanized pipe and had problems with it for years. Mike took the time and explained every step of the job which made me feel comfortable with such a big en-devour. The two guys that did the job were very careful and mindful of my home and they cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

Mike's was thorough, polite, and a professional at his job. He assessed my water system and resolved all the issues in a timely manner at affordable rates. He and his team were knowledgeable as well as helpful at making suggestions to prevent similar issues moving forward. Will only be calling them moving forward.

Had a horrible clog in my home. Could not even run my dishwasher or washing machine without my downstairs toilet overflowing. Called Affordable and Mike came out and took a look. Informed me that it was a issue that the city had to fix. I really appreciate his honesty because he could have just taken care of it and charged me without letting me know it could be fixed for free by the city. Thank you so much Mike for being a stand up guy. Affordable has a customer for life.

I've used Affordable Plumbing for several years and have always been extremely happy with their responsiveness and efficiency. I was having a problem with my washing machine connection, water was dripping and installers (Lowes) told me I needed to have valves replaced. So I called Mike and he took a quick look and had in fixed in 5 minutes. No valves needed at this time, which I understand can be quite expensive, and then he really made my day by telling me there was no charge. What a nice guy, I will certainly make sure to use him for my next plumbing issue which is inevitable with a 50 year old house. On a sidenote, he also has a good sense of humor! mulțumesc

My mother is putting her house on the market. The pre inspector found a problem with the water heater. Mom keeps good records so it was easy to find the paperwork for Affordable. I called and talked to Mike who immediately started working to resolve the issue. 36 hrs later and repairs were made at no charge to my mother. The key that shows the integrity of this company, the hot water heater was installed 5 years ago. Mike worked to resolve the issue, not blow me off. Thanks Mike, great job!
