I paid $850 for a hot water heater to be installed and I don't have enough hot water to finish a shower. I was told by them that the cold water mixes with the hot water so it eventually turns to all cold. Hmmm, that's the same way my old hot water heater worked and I had plenty of hot water then. Two people could shower one after the other, now I can't get thru just one. This heater is junk and now I will have to hire someone else to put in another new hot water heater and get rid of this piece of crap. But, seeing as I was way overcharged, at least it won't cost as much. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

Updated 5/3/16 I finally convinced Mike that there really was a problem. He came out and fixed it. Plenty of hot water now.

$200. Kitchen sink still leaking after 2 visits. This company is irresponsible. Save the invoice stating exactly what was done, otherwise the work is not guaranteed.

Prompt, effective service. One of my kids flushed various toys down the toilet. The company sent out a plumber who was able to snake a comb out of the toilet, but a day later flushing problems returned. The company sent out another plumber who determined that the toy had been pushed into the sewer pipe. After working nearly a full day, he was able to remove the blockage without having to cut into the pipe. And he charged a fraction of what I would have expected for a full day's work. 5/5.

I have used and recommended this company since 2010. They quickly came today to fix a plumbing emergency and then charged me a very reasonable rate on top of it. I was highly impressed and appreciated the kindness.

Today, I was able to wash dishes and wash a load of clothes at the same time. Nothing backed up!! Thank you, Gustavo-for prompt, skilled, courteous service and the freedom from plunging the backup in the kitchen sink. Thank you.

Can't say enough good things about Mike. He made a very big job stress free and always kept things light with his sense of humor :). We have found our plumber!

We are a small church and had a heating problem, so we called Affordable plumbing heating and air, the call went good and they said they get in touch with there contractor to arrange a service call, the contractor name was Scott and he said it would be 75 dollars to check everything out and said gas valve was bad and it would cost 525 dollars to fix (350 dollars for part and 175 dollars to put it on) I found the part online for 113 dollars,he agreed to to install it for us, so it took about 30 mins to install and they charged 175 dollars, I know we agreed with price but thought it was more involved then what is was, just seems there is nothing affordable with this company.

It was a real pleasure having Mike and Joseph fix my hot water heater. They did great work with great attitudes! Thank you!
