We had someone come out and give us an estimate for work. They quoted us a price and gave us a time frame to expect a call back to get on the schedule. That was 4 weeks ago. We have had to call Hays several times - each time with a promise that someone would call us back "the next day" to get on the calendar. 10 days ago I called and was told that they misquoted my work, and that it would be $300 higher than the quote I was given. When I explained that I was given a quote the day of, she said they forgot some of the things that were needed for the quote, but agreed to adjust the quote down so it was only $100 higher than the original quote. They also agreed to schedule the work for August 6th. I asked her if that was a firm date and she said yes. She didn't have a time for when they would come out because the actual scheduler was at lunch. It's August 6th - 3pm - and still no Hays. I called and was just told that because they have had so many air conditioners out, they couldn't get out to my house. No call - No show. We took off of work to be here. Their excuses have ranged from being understaffed, to overworked as to why they couldn't have called me or come out. I told them from the beginning that I needed the work done prior to 8/9 because I had company. No call - no show - and said they would try to reschedule for the week of 8/13. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I am voting with my feet and they will not get my work now OR in the future.

Hayes is my go to for heating and air services. They are very competitive with prices and service is on spot. I can’t say how satisfied my family has been with with there product and service. Also a shout out to Paige Ellis for all her help when our family issues arise!

Incredibly impressed with Hay's heating. The technicians were phenomenal!
Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and the office staff always responded to emails/calls answering the ton of questions I had. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a replacement or maintenance. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!!

I'm giving one star only because the onsite tech was very professional. Otherwise, I wish there could be negative stars. We signed up for yearly maintenance plan and paid upfront. We were due a fall checkup and no one came out. I e-mailed them and never got a response, tried calling and was never put in contact with anyone. Not only is it disappointing, but they just took our money and forgot about us. Very bad business practices.

Bitterly disappointed in my most recent experience. Had used Hay's for service multiple times over multiple years. When I called with an emergency yesterday I asked to please let me know if they wouldn't be able to come before the early afternoon on Tuesday as I had a guest due to arrive and would like to be able to call another vendor this time around to ensure everything was fixed in time. Was assured I'd be taken care of only to be told this morning that they couldn't guarantee any service at all today. When I asked why they couldn't tell me that yesterday after I specifically asked and had now lost the opportunity to get serviced by anyone in time, they had the audacity to tell me that I hadn't received service from them since 2017 so I must not really value them anyway. I will never call again and will encourage everyone I know to stay away too. Very disappointed, as previous service had always been great.

They where very easy to deal with. They took time to explain ALL my options from repair to even replacement of my unit. I did however get several quotes from other companies, and by far had the best price for what I wanted. HAY'S CUSTOMER for now on!!!

Very efficient, nice folks, good guys doing the service. I called - they came out that day, the next morning at 8am I got a call regarding the parts and price and the estimate was already prepared. 2-3 days to get the parts and they would be over to install. It doesn't get much better than that.

He was able to get out first thing the next day. Easily diagnosed the problem and was able to remedy it at a more than fair price in a timely manner. You can't ask for much more in a repair guy. Anthony was awesome and I will definitely be using them again.

Sean was knowledgeable, friendly and did detailed work. A problem occurred after he left and Sean was able to come out later that same day to fix it and everything has been great since. Highly recommend.

Hay's is a class act. When something didn't go right with a routine tune up that left us without any heat or AC they were back promptly the following day to fix it free of charge!
