Alternative Aire responded very quickly to my online service request and had a technician at my house within a day. Not only that, the tech was able to arrive even earlier than the planned time. My issue was diagnosed and resolved very quickly and, even better, he showed me how to potentially resolve the issue myself in the future if something else happened. Being informative as well as helpful was just a really great benefit. I've used these guys for years and will absolutely continue to do so!

Joe was excellent as was the staff I dealt with in the office. Came on pretty short notice when the capacitor died on our heat pump. Nothing but superlatives for everyone at Alternative Aire, except the price. My hunch is it's what everyone charges these days, but still it made me gulp for what it cost for 15 minutes of work, plus the new capacitor.

The business and the technician that came (Aaron) to make the repair was professional, friendly and explained everything he had to do and why in a clear yet simple way and without exaggeration. No attempts to deceive or overcharge. Very satisfied with their service.

On June 16, Alternative Aire performed a service on our AC. They had to order a Dual Run Capacitor and were supposed to schedule a time to come back to install it. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have had no response to multiple voice mails. I paid the invoice on June 19 and therefore I am becoming concerned that I paid for a service that was not completed.

Well I sadly couldn’t work with them since I’m out of there service area I was still impressed by the promptness and professionalism in telling me that. So I still wanted to give them a positive review regardless of that. As I was pleased by that a lot.

I knew of some outstanding reviews on the Neighborhood App for years, and I have called them when I have problems with my unit. This particular visit is for a check up. David is very nice and very knowledgeable. I have recommended them to others and they have had great experiences with them as well.

Good experience from start to finish. Office was prompt and responsive in scheduling HVAC maintenance. Curtis arrived on time and was very professional and friendly and got the job done well. Bonus for taking off shoes before coming inside. Highly recommend.

Alternative Aire was fantastic. They were able to send a technician within a few hours, and they also used txt messages to keep me informed on the arrival time. Enrique was great. He was super friendly and was able to find the problem on my heating system quickly and got it fixed right away. I can't thank him, and Alternative Aire enough.

Friendly and trustworthy business with knowledgeable professionals that genuinely care about their customers and clients. They don't try to upsell or upcharge you for their services. Have really enjoyed having them assist with preventative maintenance thus far.
