They installed my ac and heat 3 years ago. I have had to call them back 3 times since the system was installed. In addition, when the system comes on, it sounds like a freight train coming through the house. It is sooo loud. Also, they install was sloppy.

Mike was early and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. He alerted me to potential problems that may pop up in the future. He even put a screw in the electric box to repair it.

We've been using Hay's for years after a bad experience with a similarly named company. In all that time they have never tried to sell us a new system we didn't really need- even when our existing system started to have minor issues. It was a no-brainer to go with them when finally did need a replacement. Professional, courteous, and quick install. Will definitely be a customer for the lifetime of the new system, and will be using them again should we need to down the line.

Hay's Heat and Air replaced our complete HVAC system in April of 22. Not only did they have the best price for a quality Trane system but they were on time for the install and accomplished it all neat and clean in only 4 hours. In a follow-up visit they adjusted the system to perfection such that our summer electric bill was about half of last years.

I obtained about 7 quotes for a complete swap out of my old heater and air conditioner. Hayes was the second quote. Their quote ended up the best price for the best units. The work was done like a pit crew. I have never experienced a better, faster, or more professional service from any other contractor for any type. I will only be using Hayes for all of my future HVAC projects.

Our upstairs air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working overnight. We called Hay’s first thing the following morning and they answered right away. They were able to send a technician that afternoon even though the schedule was full.

Our technician was Karlos Tapp. He was on time, incredibly friendly, polite and very informative. Karlos quickly determined the problem and was able to correct it easily. He also checked everything else to be sure it was in order. Much to our surprise, Karlos even called us before knocking on the door to be sure he wouldn’t wake up our new new baby. We were super impressed with his professionalism and overall demeanor. It made for a very pleasant visit.

We fully recommend Hay’s for any of your heating and air needs. They installed all of our units when we built our home a few years ago and every encounter with them has been terrific. However, we do hope Karlos will be sent for all of our regular services from now on!😉

What a great experience! I called Hays and the office staff was so accommodating and friendly. They communicated clearly professionally. the technician called me about 30 min before arriving, quickly diagnosed the issue and have me a clear understanding of the issue. My unit was back up and running within 30 minutes. I really appreciate the technician explaining things to me without trying to sell me a new unit or additional parts. Over all a great experience at a reasonable price.

As a former service tech of Hays heating and air I can tell you first hand these guys are great. They take pride in their work, take care of their customers and their employees. If you want to deal with a company that actually cares and won't try to up sell you and will simply fix the problem then you have found your HVAC company. I could literally tell you dozens of stories of what makes Hays great but you should simply call them and find out for yourself!!!
