My AC suddenly stopped working but it is Saturday night so I couldn’t expect anyone could come until Monday but THANK GOD Sean showed up like after 20mins and it 9 PM! He’s a lifesaver ! Very kind man ! Thanks again Sean! You’re the best !

We recently had an issue with our outside A/C unit....I called Trident Mechanical Systems and Sean was able to come out to see our unit the same day....He made sure to come by even after spending all day on a job in another town...I appreciated his knowledge and how he described the issue we had...We ultimately decided to replace our entire system due to the age of current unit and after dealing with numerous issues over the years...I feel we received a competitive offer from Trident based on research...As of today we are completely satisfied with the replacement service...Sean and his team were prompt and I have confidence in the service...I highly recommend Trident for your A/C needs....
