Trident mechanical was excellent!!!!! Sean, Ryan and Tristan were the installers that installed my unit. They were very professional and very thorough in all aspects of the installation of my a/c unit. They were very careful with the equipment and the product that they were installing and they did and awesome job on the installation. Everything looks very neat, clean and streamlined and the finished product is excellent!!!! They did awesome on the cleanup once everything was completed!!!! I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of service or looking to install an a/c to use these guy's!!!!!! They did an excellent job!!!!!!!

Very impressed with Trident Mechanical Systems. They were able to repair my hot water heater the same day I called for the appointment. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Trident is so much more reliable than the larger chain companies that tried to sell me an overpriced (and as it turns out, unnecessary) new water heater. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I had an 14 year old heat pump that was stuck in the cooling cycle and was beyond repair. I had been having on an off problems with the valve over the years being stuck and after diagnosing the unit was beyond reasonable repair I felt Sean was honest and upfront. He actually came out to my house the 1st time and was able to free the value but it wasn’t a few days later that it froze up again. His prices are very competitive to other companies and he stands behind his work. We were first introduced to Trident when they were commissioned by our realtor to inspect the A/C systems for a house we planned to purchase. After the experience with them for our home purchase we did not hesitate to have them install a new system in our rental home and I have entered into a maintenance agreement with Trident on our home we purchased.
