Sean and his crew did a fantastic job with our HVAC replacement. He is thorough, detailed, and true to his word. He was even able to practice social distancing during this Covid crisis. I highly recommend Sean and all the guys at Trident Mechanical Systems.

We are putting our house on the market. We were gettin the house ready fro listing. we discovered our HVAC system was installed I properly. We will be giving out the new owners a warranty to repair the heating system. Sean gave us a clear, comprehensive, estimate of services, to have the system replaced for less than what we paid Chad Love to replace an AC unit that was over priced. Thanks, Sean!

I had some issues after the install and Sean immediately reached out to me to rectify the issue. Finally I called back to discuss those issues as well as him quoting me for additional work and he was more than happy to help. He could've easily turned down the work on account of me being difficult (3 star review) but he was kind and courteous.

Once everything out got scheduled to do a the additional quote, no call no show. I reached out a few days later, the no call no show was due to illness. I didn't sweat it due to all the back and forth. Had them come out anyway to quote. They came out and took a look at everything, told me they'd reach back out with the full quote in detail. Never heard back.

I think overall they do good work but they may have too many obligations and is probably the reasoning for the lapse in communication.

He did a great job and installed a whole house system very quickly. He is great to work with and you can trust him to do it right. Trident Mechanical will always be my first choice!

Love this company! I finally found a heating and air company that I can trust! These guys are honest and really helped us out when another local company put us in a compromising position right before a cold front and Christmas. Sean and his guys will tell it to you straight. They do fantastic work and they are not interested in charging exorbitant prices for it. Definitely the best heating and air company that you will find in the greater Charlotte area!

I am a residential realtor and property manager. I have utilized Sean Smith's (at Trident Mechanical) services to inspect several HVAC systems. Sean is a very competent technician and an honest individual who will tell you exactly what is wrong with your system. He has never tried to up-sell his services or push any product/part that has not been needed. Over the years, I've found a real lack of transparency within the HVAC business -- competition and overhead has caused vendors to push boundaries with customers.
