Tristan and his assistant are very thorough in their work, friendly and helpful.

Both Sean and Ryan took good care of us. Our HVAC broke Christmas Day, but Trident was able to come out immediately to help us get heat in our home. I would highly recommend them and their services.

Had issue with furnace not heating and just blowing cold air over the Christmas break. Called around several companies (over 6) and Trident was available within the hour. They came by and found the problem right away. Showed me what the issue was and got it working within the hour of showing up. This is how relations are built. Owner even followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will be sure to call them next time we have any issues.

Recently used Trident Mechanical to replace our multi-zone heating unit. Sean was knowledgeable, prompt and a wonderful communicator. I felt I received honest information and fair pricing from Trident. Would use them again in the future and would recommend them to a friend!

Sean Smith was very responsive, prompt, and polite. Did not try to sell other products, but explained that the Freon my unit requires will no longer be available after January 2020. So I will probably be looking for a new system before summer next year. I was very satisfied and will certainly call him again.

They did a great job. Once the system and miscellaneous accessories arrived they installed everything in a little over a day. Passed inspection without issue. Overall good experience. The only issue, it took some time for vendors/parts to arrive which ultimately delayed the project. Not unusual in the current times we are in.

Technicians were very friendly and helpful. They took care customers needs. Tristen and Austin were the best technicians to work for my AC system. AC operated well after their second visit. I strongly recommend these technicians to any customer who has AC or heater problems. Have a good business for Triden Mechanical Systems.

Sean gave an extremely reasonable quote to replace our AC unit and 1960s ductwork. His crew worked two long days going above and beyond to ensure we would have heat. I can now feel the warm air coming from our vents (before I never felt anything). I would highly recommend Trident to anyone that needed HVAC work!

Chad love services came out to my house today and told me my compressor was going bad and was trying to sell me a new system between 7200 and 10,000. So therefore, I called Sean and he came out and checked everything and my compressor was fine.

I can not say enough about these guys! They were recommended to me by a close friend and I’m so thankful for that! We were not expecting anything (says every homeowner) but the guys came out in a very timely manner, preformed a thorough walk through of our crawlspace and then educated us on what was going on, and gave me their professional opinions on what to do next. They were reasonably priced and I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. They arrived on time and worked until the job was done. I will recommend this company to everyone!
