We so recommend Trident Mechanical Systems for your HVAC service. Typical issue, very hot weather and AC goes out, June 16th. We called three different companies about our problem, Sean, the co owner returned my call in, literally, two minutes and said that someone would be out that evening... Tristen was there by 2:30 to diagnose and repair. I really appreciate the communication and transparency of this company. He was very educating and professional. I also mentioned we wanted to have a float switch installed in the attic for our furnace to protect us against flooding our ceiling. He came back the next week and installed in a timely, quick, clean fashion, again, very informative and even took a picture to show us what he had installed. This is a great small family owned business that wants to do the right thing for people. Thank you!!

They were very professional. They did the work with minimum questions. They took initiative. They cleaned up afterwards and took the time to show me how dirty our dryer vent was. The two awesome repair men were Tristan and Logan.

Tristan and team have been great to work with. With multiple units in our home, they keep each working in tip top shape and offer a variety of options if they have any recommendations.

On the Friday before the 2022 snowstorm our heat went out. Trident had Austin come out that morning to check on things and found an issue with our Defrost Board. Once the part was available on Tuesday he came out and installed the new piece and our heat was finally working!! 3 weeks later our heat went out and Austin and Tristan took care of us and fixed the new issue once again. Unfortunately one week later after my wife and I returned home in the afternoon we noticed the heat went out once more. Sean took personal accountability, came out and handled the issue and took care of us. Sean has great values and even better customer service. When the night time temperatures dropped down into the 20s, heaters were brought out to us to keep us warm. Special thank you to Sean, Tristan, Austin and Ryan for your help.

We are renting this property and the management company sent someone to repair the AC that went out. The repairman said it was an easy fix, but that he had to order a part. The part wouldn't be in until Tuesday (this was Friday). My husband called the property management company and said we needed someone else to look at it. Tristan from Trident came and within a 1/2 hour the AC was working. Another part was not needed. Tristan was very polite and thorough! We so appreciate him restoring our AC so quickly! I highly recommend Trident!

I used a different HVAC company for several years until I got fed up with feeling like they didn't need my business and their attempts to sell me something every time they came to do routine maintenance. I found Sean through a recommendation from a trusted home inspector. I can't say enough good things about Sean and Trident. He is honest and treats his customers like friends and family. As a female, it's nice to have someone I can trust to not take advantage of me. Hands down I recommend Trident if you need an HVAC company. Sean truly cares about his reputation and the work he does.

Sean and Tristan have been great to work with. They have come to our house several times and helped us with various AC issues, stemming from a poor install by another company. They were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They were able to come out quickly to resolve the issues and we will definitely use them again.
