Best Service and Quality I have ever received. I had two new heat pumps and duct work installed on a 20 year old system that went out. I called and got quotes from four of the main companies I always see on television. Not only were they EXORBITANTLY higher quotes, but the equipment the other companies were using was less efficient and bottom of the line. Trident provided better equipment, a better warranty and exceptional customer service. Sean went above and beyond. They broke down the numbers, never had any hidden costs, provided different options AND explained the entire process. If you're going to make an investment for your home. This is the company to use. Wow, what a relief it was to have Sean and Trident Mechanical Systems diagnose and resolve our HVAC issues. We are fairly new to the area and have used a "big box" company over the past 2 years, resulting in costly repairs and continuous headaches. I called due to my ac unit going out. I had a technician named Tristan out to my house the same day I placed the service order. Everything was professionally done, and explained to me in terms that I could actually understand. Overall it was a great experience, and Trident will have a repeat customer.

My 2-story house has 2 HVAC systems. Shawn and his team replaced both of my ancient AC systems in June when one of them failed and it was not worth repairing. When they were performing seasonal furnace maintenance in December, they determined that the oldest furnace needed a major repair (inducer motor). They were able to get the part and install it the next day at a reasonable price.
I was especially appreciative that they were patient with me as I negotiated with my home warranty company to get reimbursed for the repair.

When the service technician, Tristen, performed my most recent maintenance he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and to advise me of issues that I needed to be conscious of for the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Trident! Our furnace went out at the end of January and they were able to get us a new furnace installed immediately so that we had heat. They were very fair with pricing as well! We were very happy and will use Trident again!
