Sean came out after hours when I came home to a sauna. My ac unit had gone out and he came right out and got it up and running for me again. Thank you so much and highly recommend. Very professional and helpful and great price!

Tristen was able to diagnose the problem and came back the following morning with the replacement part and performed a quick repair! Trident and all the employees on site were good to work with. The installation went smoothly. We had a tankless water heater installed at the same time, by another party recommended by Trident. They all worked well together in the space. There was a small mix up on who was doing an electrical box installation. Since it was not my issue, Trident took on the responsibility and cost of that additional item. After the installation was complete the area is very clean, swept up, and all old parts were taken away. I would call Trident for future work, and I recommend them to others.

Best experience I have had with an HVAC company. The entire team takes pride in their work and provides it at a fair price. They were very thorough when explaining their recommendation for my new HVAC system and walked me through plan for installation and continued to communicate with me during the entire process. We have used Trident for our biannual checks and service since we bought our house. We knew the day was coming soon that we would need to replace the downstairs a/c and furnace as it was original to the house (20+ yrs). Well that time finally declared itself on our spring check.
