Trident Mechanical recheck my HVAC system after two other company told me my system was leaking. So far no leak was find but system was low on coolant cause each time your system is services some coolant is release from the system...Trustworthy company, relieable and family...

I was referred to (HVAC)Trident Mechanical Systems by Cory at Biggs Electric. To come out and do a service check on my AC unit. I called over the weekend and left a message. Sean called me back on his day off and scheduled an appt for Monday. He was very professional and kept me up to date on what was going on, on his side. And actually got to my appt earlier than stated. Sean and his crew came out, was simply respectful; got right to business. Highly recommended..

Unbeknownst to us, our AC decided to "pass away" peacefully in the middle of the night, and I immediately noticed the house was getting warmer and warmer. It was nearly 84° at 2am on a Sunday morning. I have a rare neurological condition in which I cannot become overheated or I will pass out, experience seizures, and overall become seriously ill. Trident was the first "Emergency 24/7" HVAC repair business that popped up in my desperate online search, plus they had good feedback. Now, I will go ahead and say this first, I was courteous enough to wait until 7am before calling and rousing someone out of bed on a Sunday morning. Granted, I looked like the Weekly Fresh Catch at Publix, packed in ice (packs), but I felt cool (literally, definitely not figuratively)!

7am call to Trident went a little something like this...
The man who answered my call sounded quite annoyed to have to answer his telephonic device. He didn't even say, "Trident Mechanical." I had to ask if I had the correct number. It was a very terse conversation.

Me: "Is this Trident Mechanical Systems?"

▪︎"Yes."

Me: "Great, our AC is not working and we need emerg..." (he cut me off mid-word)

▪︎ "We don't offer 24/7 service on the weekends."

Me: "Oh...(I was confused.) Ummm, so why does your advertisement clearly state this as a service?"

▪︎"We don't do most holidays either."

Me: "So you're more like
24/5/Kinda-Maybe?"

▪︎"Okay, I guess so. Sorry I can't help you."

My husband asked me what time they would be here and I said, "NEVER!"

My advice: Call CHAD LOVE. The answering service was courteous, punctual in returning my call, and efficient. We had an excellent repairman at our home at 11am, and he was top notch: professional, incredibly helpful, and had a great personality! He didn' even mind letting our three dogs and 7 year old son "help" him! Bonus: CHAD LOVE services is extremely reasonable and gave us an estimate before getting started!

Sean and his team are extremely responsive to call back and to show up quickly. Trident are my go to guys for any HVAC work.
